This is a pristine apartment in Decatur's old West End. It is on the main level, so the only stairs are outside, up to the front porch. The unit has been completely updated but has not lost its original charm. The area is quiet and safe. Taylor is a wonderful host, and responds quickly. It is within minutes of Millikin University and the renovated downtown Decatur area, with plenty of shops and eating establishments. Highly recommended.

Great location, I felt safe (I was not on a solo trip but if I were to do a solo trip I would recommend staying here), such a cute and cozy place, I felt right at home, everything looks exactly like the pictures, great directions on how to get in and out, and the best part was everywhere I needed to go was a 10-12 minutes drive. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this specific location. We visit many times a year and normally stay somewhere different every time. This is our favorite so far in Lincoln. They have everything you could possibly need, very clean, very comfortable, very nice. We hope to stay here again in the future. My only note is that the trains and traffic can be loud at times, but nothing too terrible at all. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect location to visit the University of Illinois which is a short walk away! The neighborhood felt safe for walking even late at night and parking was very convenient. The space was welcoming, quiet, and relaxing with wonderful responsive hosts! I hope to visit again.

The basement is lovely. Very large my 2 yo toddler loved running in the basement. The beds and bedding were really comfortable! Thank you for your kindness, Cindy

Such a well-kept home in a great location. There was plenty of room and was perfect for our family. The extra thought put in the items provided for guests was appreciated.

Nicely kept and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our stay with 4 adults and a child. Would consider staying here again when in Champaign!

We booked this place because it was just a few dollars more than hotels in tue area. What a great call because we had an entire house. This place was perfect for us to come relax with our college son and make him a nice dinner! The house far exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect! We loved the old feel, with updated touches. Cooked on the grill outside and even had a small fire in the fire pit. Such a peaceful stay! Thank you Jill! You were so quick to respond to any of our messages! We will definitely search for this place in the future!

Tyler responded very quick with questions I had. Was very accommodating about check in time. The house was clean had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the one night stay with my dog. Was 6 minutes from U of I small animal hospital. Highly recommend!!

Stayed at Justin’s place while visiting my son for mom’s weekend. Everything was perfect! One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Justin was flexible with check in and very responsive to messages. The home was super clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The couches and throws in the living room were soft and so cozy for watching tv and reading. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully available. Really nice selection of snacks too. Highly recommend Justin’s place to anyone visiting the area. I hope to have a chance to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looked just like it was described in the listing. Everything was clean. The one level house was nice for my baby, who is crawling. The neighborhood is quiet, which was convenient for putting my 2 kids to bed at night. Amy was responsive to the questions I had and provided detailed instructions for check in and check out. It was a short drive to downtown Lincoln from the house.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well-maintained. The decor is very tasteful, and we really appreciated the Christmas decorations! We would definitely stay there again if we need an Airbnb in the area.

It was a great stay 10/10! Barb sent very thorough and easy instructions on how to get to the house! When I arrived she showed me around and was very friendly and welcoming! The house was very clean and neat and my favorite thing about the stay was all of the lovely flowers and decor! I will be staying here again!

Damon was a very responsive host, and was flexible with me when I had to change my check-in time. The apartment is in a community, but toward the back so there was little through traffic. The apartment was very clean, comes with all the amenities I need, and just the perfect size I need. The attached garage is a great feature as well.

John was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. We arrived late and he even opened the arcades next door after hours so that we could go in and play! We had an amazing stay and my husband is already talking about returning.
