Lovely tiny home that is actually very comfortable for 3 adults. We each had our own sleeping space.

Great place and perfect for what we needed for our stay in Champaign for Dad’s Day weekend! Seth and Justine were great to communicate with and always prompt to respond. Their home is so vintage and cool! Very close to campus, easy to park and easy to Uber to and from. We will definitely stay again!

House was clean and yard was well taken care of. I did not have to worry about my two dogs at all. Neighborhood is super quiet. I did hear traffic but where don't you! Kitchen is well stocked. The little bonus treats she leaves are fantastic she had cold bottles of water& snacks for us, dog water & food bowls, doggy bags and a new toy for them! Plenty of blankets if we needed extra there were plenty of extra! Would recommend 10/10 ♥️♥️

It was a great stay

Ericka’s stay was more than expected. I felt right at home as I walked in with tons of amenities making it even more cozy during the stay. Ericka was very open in communication being responsive, helpful and friendly with easy and clear instructions for a self check in. There are supplies for the four legged fury friends as well. Full kitchen and living supplies you should ever need along with labels making navigation to comfort a breeze. This place is a favorite in the area

Great basecamp for our family visit to Champaign. Unusually warm weather meant that even in March we made good use of the front porch, hanging out & playing games together. Kent was always responsive & easy to communicate with.

As an avid traveler I have stayed at many Air B&B's in the US as well as rentals in other countries. I can easily say this rental and Tori specifically as a host was one of my best experiences. It would be an understatement to say that Tori thought about everything... She really did. First the house was very charming in a residential community. It really is the reason why I prefer Air B&B's over hotels because of the character many of the homes provide. This was full of it; from the outside beautiful upkeep to the original hardwood floors to the old fashioned bathroom. The house was extremely clean. The towels even smelled amazing!!! We used the kitchen and it worked perfectly for our needs. Beds were comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The grill was clean and functional. There literally was nothing amiss or out of order. I would highly recommend Tori's place in Urbana. The neighborhood has plenty of real life charm and are easy to walk about.Two thumbs up!!

Great option for people with young children! My wife is an interior designer, and she kept commenting on how well-decorated the entire home was. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family visiting in the future.

The photos do not do this place justice. The owners were excellent at communicating. They provided information on local businesses to eat at or get a cup of coffee. The weather was rainy while we were there and the owners provided ponchos and umbrellas, which was really thoughtful and helpful. We were provided with clear check-in instructions and instructions on parking. The place was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had excellent sheets and pillows. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The owners left an excellent variety of drinks and snacks. When I return to the area and need a place to stay, this property will be at the top of my list! Would highly recommend.

The place was great and I had a wonderful time the days that we were there so peaceful and relaxed most of all clean cut and when I reach out to Anthony just for a little question he would always respond in the matter of seconds and that really made us very welcome

We enjoyed our weekend at Charming Victorian Getaway! The house was very clean and well maintained. The host was amazing - welcoming and made sure everything was an easy process for us! We will definitely be booking with Lauren again for our future trips!

The Airbnb worked out perfectly - simple but exactly what I needed. It’s very close to campus, which made getting around easy. Communication with the host was great, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of travel coffee cups. It worked out perfectly for my stay! I would highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our group for a 1 night stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. And Molly was kind enough to let us check in a little early before a mid-afternoon performance we were attending. Note: --The warning about the steep staircase is 100% accurate, so take heed if mobility is an issue. --There are a few additional house rules that were not in the binder but were communicated by email upon check-in. Unfortunately we missed those, so check messages during your stay. --The home is outside the delivery area for Papa Del's so you'd have to do pick-up. ; )

Great value for our family and we love the space - it's well decorated and had everything we needed. Second time staying here while attending an event at U of I, and while it's a bit outside of the college town it is relaxing and affordable; I just wish we had time to check out more of the area.

Staying here was a great experience for us. The home is well-stocked, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. It has everything we need, and the interior is very impressive. The location is great, and Maddie and Aaron are wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying again.

Great place for a quick getaway! It's exactly as advertised, and well-stocked to spend a couple days. It provided a great, quieter space out of the city with a hot tub - exactly what I needed!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Tatiana’s house! We got there in a rain storm, easily got right in, and were transported into a beautiful, inviting and spacious home. Undoubtedly the kitchen was the gathering place for the entire weekend. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well, which is always a tell tale sign for a great stay away from home.

Renee was a great host with quick response time and provided added resources for what shelbyville had to offer. The house exceeded our expectations and we appreciated all the amenities that the house had to offer- will be recommending to other organizations to use for retreats!

Great house with plenty of room for the whole group. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and there is plenty of room to hang out as a group both inside and out on the patio. Lots of parking. Renee was easy to get ahold of and check in/out was simple.

everything about this airbnb was amazing. the kitchen was fully stocked (coffee grinder was a plus!) i think the hosts designed/decorated with comfort and cozy in mind. we ate on the deck often and enjoyed the view from the hottub. we used the goboat and kayaks , all easily accessible. the infinity table was a nice bonus, plenty of games to choose from! if we ever find ourselves in Illinois again, I would definitely book here again. thank you to our hosts

Very great place to stay! Kim was very quick to help solve or accommodate when we had a little issue! Very pleased with our stay! The spot and surroundings of this place were amazing!

Elizabeth’s place was lovely! Lots of personal touches, cozy and beautiful outdoor space. It was perfect for a weekend visiting our kids at U of I! Thank you!
