We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Nuestra casa es ideal para visitar Ámsterdam desde un fin de semana largo o unas vacaciones. Se encuentra en el casco antiguo de Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, con tiendas y supermercados justo al final de la calle. A la vuelta de la esquina hay buenos restaurantes y terrazas en el río. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel tiene muchas rutas de ciclismo agradables en la zona. Se puede llegar a Ámsterdam en transporte público (30 minutos), bicicleta (40 minutos) o coche (15 minutos).

Boek nu een bijzonder huisje midden in het pittoreske dorp Amsterdam-Abcoude. Geheel nieuw ingericht, sfeervol huisje met een oppervlakte van ca. 55 m2 verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. “De Automaat” is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime woonkamer op de begane grond met openslaande deuren en een kitchenette met magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Badkamer met regendouche. Riante slaapkamer met airco op de eerste verdieping.
