the entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. home was very clean and very well maintained. from the hot tub to the pool table to the spacious rooms, it was fantastic. the host was very easy to contact and immediately responsive to any question or inquiries, without being overbearing. he is the type of host i strongly recommend. if u are in the dahlonega area with family i am really not sure why you would want to stay anywhere else. close proximity to anything u need in terms of food, stores, restaurants, things to do, etc.. we will be back for sure

There are super hosts and then there’s Chris. The house was great! The hot tub on the deck was a nightly endeavor. The game room was our place to chill with a great TV, ping pong table and a console arcade game with what seemed like 50+ choices. All that said what set this place on a level all by itself was the host…Chris!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us, I think our favorite room was the White Sunroom off the kitchen. I could be cooking and the grandbabies were on the floor playing. We did have to move the coffee table into the corner as it was glass but is made ample play area on the floor. We drove to Helen, Dahlonega, Amicolola Falls St Park, Ellijay. We did 3 Wineries, Apple orchard and the kids hiked the community every morning. I don't think we could have squeezed anything else in, in one week. It was an an amazing trip, coming back to the house in the evening was as comfortable as coming home. Thank you for having us. Maria Metzger

This was the second time we have stayed at Ashley and Brads beautiful home. We came back for a reason! The home offers lots of space, is well furnished, and they have thought of everything you need for a great place to relax. They are great host!

We were in the area for a family wedding and took advantage of all the bed/baths. We had 3 different generations staying in the home and it was comfortable, with common area but also space to decompress. Back patio has a gorgeous few and the basement had a fun rec room. Comfortable, clean, inviting and enough space for 3 different families to settle in, share meals together and get ready for the family celebrations. The whole family said “great job” on the accommodations!

I was looking for a trip to get away and relax and this home was perfect. It was easy to find, just as described, cozy, and clean. While there are other treetoppers nearby, it still felt like a quiet, private getaway. I was a little nervous about mountain roads, but they were not terribly steep. The community offers a ton of amenities, and the cabin has an abundance of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and mornings and evenings on the deck were so peaceful. Dave and Lorraine were proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was as expected. I'd gladly stay here again.

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again
