Beautiful little apartment great value for money my second stay

Lovely flat. Clean, comfy and cosy. Has everything you need to whip up a quick meal. Books to read, Tv , YouTube & Netflix. Lidl supermarket and a few pizza places a short walk away. Don’t need much else! Will be back next time I am in the area.

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

Great host great stay

À première vue l’extérieur n’est pas super mais une fois la porte de l’appartement passée on change d’atmosphère. Bien rénové, moderne avec tout le confort d’aujourd’hui. Pas trop loin de la gare ferroviaire ( environ 20 minutes à pieds) avec accès direct à Londre .

Jonathan was very quick to reply to any of our questions, very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The accommodation was well kept, sparklingly clean with a great location. We would definitely recommend! 😊

We stayed with my wife for a few days at Piers' place. The area is very peaceful – exactly what we were looking for to get away from the city. Piers is very hospitable, and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax. There are plenty of green spaces around and even a zoo nearby.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

Lovely place to stay, peaceful and quiet but walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended and Jenny is a wonderful host. Definitely will be coming back

Stayed here with 2 friends and our children. Paulina was really thoughtful in providing toddler plates & cutlery, and a basket of toys which went down well. There was also milk in the fridge. The lounge was a relaxing space, and the beds very comfortable.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Old Doctor's Retreat — this was everything I hope for in an Airbnb. The space itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly peaceful, with stunning views over the Oxfordshire countryside. Everything from the comfy king bed and luxury bathroom to the little details like the complementary paint colors, the rain shower, and laundry access made it feel like a cozy sanctuary. But what made this stay really special was Claire. She was not only a welcoming and responsive host, but also went above and beyond — warm, thoughtful, and generous with her time and conversation. Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. A brilliant night stay as a group visiting Leicester for a wedding. Everyone was extremely impressed with the decor and quality of the place overall. Mihir clearly takes great pride in The Studio and we would book again when visiting the area next!

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Walkable distance to city centre. Convenience shops available with plenty of food choices. Good landlord!
