Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

Had a lovely stay at the Barn, it was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We didn’t need to contact the owner due to the instructions being simple and clear. We were lucky with the March weather so managed to get the outdoor cushions out and sat in glorious sunshine overlooking the surrounding countryside. Our dog was secure and safe roaming around the grounds which meant we could relax without worry while he sniffed about and watched the wildlife. The evening was clear and without any light pollution we were blessed with a glorious view of the nights sky, something we aren’t normally used to. All in all, a relaxing couple of nights in complete comfort.

House was perfect for our group, and had all listed amenities. Check in was easy and was a great location for what we needed Thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Ideal for a short stay whilst working in the area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all that was needed and felt homely and well equipped.

Great 2 nights over Easter in this quiet corner of rural Rutland. Great for our dogs and us to rest our heads after a day of exploring. There is no pub or shop unless u drive but we made use of the more than adequate self catering amenities and settled in each night with a bottle of wine and a film. Bath is also divine bring some bath foam

We had a great stay. The apartment was very modern and spacious. However, Certain things could have been cleaner, such as the dirty plates and pans.

I honestly can’t praise both hosts Amelia and Yogi, the cabin, and location highly enough. Genuinely fabulous hosts, really welcoming, flexible and knowledgeable. Lovely cabin, really well thought out and excellent little touches which are often forgotten, but not here. Perfect location for both walking into Stamford itself, or a short drive from all the area has to offer. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again very soon

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Absolutely perfect. This stay really is 5* completely private, beautiful friendly farm animals and marshmallows by the fire. I couldn’t thank Victoria enough for our stay and we will definitely be returning. The interior design in the cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. It didn’t even feel like the uk just pure magic. My husband and I stayed last weekend for his birthday and it was so needed. It was stunning, tranquil and beautifully laid out. Everything we needed was provided. The bed super comfortable. The bath on the decking was the cherry on the cake. Emily was amazing, she gave us a lift up the muddy track with all of our bags and nothing was too much. We watched the sunset from the sauna, pure bliss. We would 100% recommend and would love to return.

We came to Jocelyn’s with our toddler and dog and had an amazing time. Beautiful sunset from the house and the walks from the doorstep was lovely. Great location very near hook Norton and surrounding small cotswold villages. Very thoughtful and holly came to set up an extra bed for us at last minute so our toddler could climb in with us. She also set up a toddler bath and high chair. The underfloor heating was lovely and kitchen was well equipped with toddler cutlery and everything we could possibly need. Thanks so much!
