It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

Toller Pool mit wahnsinnigen Blick auf das Meer. Alle Leute in der Unterkunft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bamboo Haus ist sehr einfach, dafür direkt am Strand. Ein paar Anlagen/Haken wären sehr hilfreich. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Essen mit toller Aussicht. Diese Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen. Top

Although a bit far from Davao, the scenic drive is worth it! The cozy, well-kept villa offers stunning ocean views and a peaceful escape. The sound of the waves adds to the relaxing vibe. The caretakers were incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We accidentally left something behind, but they made the effort to return it and even arranged for shipping. Highly recommended!

Sebastian's place was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we arrived. The beautiful flowers that arched over the entrance, the unique rock walls of the home, and the open doors that led the eyes to the pool and then to the beautiful ocean ahead were all so picturesque that it almost felt like a dream. We loved the cozy spots around the property, the hammocks overlooking the ocean and the large poufs specifically were crowd favorites. The long table was also a central spot for good talks, laughs, and many memories. A special shoutout to Doods, who made our stay even better. He was so helpful, being our driver, helping us with our luggage, and generally being our guide around the place, making sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories was rediscovering sungka, a game I hadn’t played in years. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of sun and sea. Overall, Mansud Shores felt more like returning to a (more luxurious) home. Warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

I highly recommend this place! It’s a great value for money, with a well-designed and thoughtfully laid-out space. The location is private and right by the beach, making it perfect for outdoor dining while soaking in the view. The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, you can get fresh lobster at a reasonable price! The bathroom is spacious, and we really liked the kitchen as well. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay here again. A solid 10/10!
