Just home from a lovely couple of nights away- 2 families, four children ranging from 4-14 and one dog. The house was immaculate, really well equipped and beautiful. The space worked well for two families and different aged children. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space/ dining was fabulous and social. Very grateful for the milk and cake on arrival, useful items such as dishwasher tablets etc and the dog was delighted with her doggy chocolate bar! Great location- minutes from Hay. Came to visit some family who live locally and will most likely be back. Thank you. 🙏

A wonderful stay. Group of 5 adults and 4 children plus a small baby. Plenty of space for everyone. Very well equipped and clean. Good location, short walk to the town centre and lots of lovely places to eats and nice shops. Host was really helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a wonderful stay! the property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds in clean, lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms... and of course the games cupboard! thank you!

We had a lovely few days stay at Zoe's beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed, parking on the road or in the car park just a stones throw away, was in easy walking distance to the town centre, lovely riverside walks nearby, great pubs and a great base to explore the surrounding areas.

I think this is the best air BnB we have stayed in. It is beautifully appointed inside and out Kirsty is so friendly and helpful but the cottage and garden are still completely private. it felt just like we were coming back home each day after fantastic long walks with the dogs. Would love to go to stay again one day - we couldn’t fault anything!

Only stayed for a short period but overall all was great.

We loved staying here, the place and views were absolutely stunning. The owner was extremely responsive and replied quickly. We are planning to go back and cannot wait!

This was my first time using air b&b and it was so easy to do, rob was an excellent owner he was fast to respond, left clear instructions about respecting his property and give us helpful advice of rough taxi prices ect. The property was fairly big and we were able to all to spread out, which our group of girls. I would definitely book again if we was to go back to Liverpool!

Nick was very helpful and accommodating as we weren't sure of our ETA. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs, with amenities nearby.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay, the place was clean and spacious. Its easy to reach on foot from the town centre, takeaways nearby and an M&S 10 minutes walking distance. Also close to the bus stop towards Swindon, Cheltenham and Cotswolds.

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

Melisa and Tom’s apartment was perfect for a short girl’s getaway. Fantastic location, next to Waitrose which is handy. It had all the amenities if you wanted to dine at home but we were out for meals anyway. Great spot and communication with the hosts.

Stunning property and the location is just perfect for anyone looking for a quieter stay away from the centre. Everything was as described, the hot tub was perfect and Nikki herself was super helpful, friendly and communicative. Only stayed Friday till Sunday but plan on booking a full week next time!

This is a great apartment. All you need for a comfortable stay. We had the delight of lovely weather too. It is up 2 flights of stairs but very manageable 🙂

With a projector for cosy movie nights, a nest controller for central heating, and a warm log burner, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and truly embrace your stay. The ensuite bathroom and additional toilet enhance the convenience, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.
