Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jim and Heather are super welcoming hosts. Great location, not far from Halifax and the airport. Modern and comfortable accommodation. Access to the lake from the apartment. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for our stay. Apartment was clean and spacious with most comfortable beds. Jin was easy to contact and responded to requests quickly. The lake was a bonus with dock for swimming and plenty of outside seating. We would definitely recommend for an enjoyable stay in Dartmouth!

Thank you for being such lovely hosts! We immediately felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It was a wonderful place to wake up to the snow. Thoughtful amenities, lots of space, comfortable places to eat, drink, read and watch Christmas movies. We didn't want to leave. So much generosity was extended to us due to the storm, and I look forward to returning! We very much were well taken care of.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

What’s great place to stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and more. I spend about 100 nights a year away from home and staying here made me feel like I was right at home. Very comfortable, clean. It was perfect.

We stayed for two nights and loved the condo. It is centrally located with waterfront view just minutes away from downtown. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and offers all the amenities. The access road to the condo is obscure and can be easily missed if you are not paying attention, especially at night. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We chose this place because it was close by and it is Winter. We had a big snow storm the day of our arrival. Fortunately we only had a 20 min drive and yet it felt like we were in the woods. Robert greeted us and showed us around his lovely home. It was a place where the whole family could spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day together. All eight of us declared it was the best family Christmas we had in a long time. The beauty could be seen from every window. We were provided with everything we needed to have meals together and to play games and the young adults loved the hot tub. Robert had a beautiful Christmas tree set up and there was lots of little cozy spots to have one on one chats with each other. We realized after meeting Robert that he would be so cool to hang out with but he had other family plans. We are seriously considering making it a new Christmas Tradition.

The house was just what we were looking for, for our family getaway. We appreciated the quick responses to any of our questions. Hope to come again, especially when the gardens are in bloom. Thank you 😊

We had a great long Easter weekend! Really liked the house, the inside and outside with the gorgeous view on the water. Exactly what we were looking for and Greg was really welcoming!

We had the most incredible time at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely stunning - right on the water, offering breathtaking views that made for the perfect setting to celebrate our best friend's birthday and have a much-needed girls’ night. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of how beautiful and spacious the property was. The kitchen is massive and perfect for hosting, with every tool and gadget you could possibly need (and more). This place truly had it all! Katrina was an amazing host - so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate and unwind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gorgeous, peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to return!

C'était un vrai havre de paix. Tout est pensée en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs. nous étions un groupe de parents qui c'était rassemblé pour une compétions de cheerleding de nos filles qui avait lieux à Halifax. il n'y avait pas d'enfant avec nous la maison est grande il y a de la place pour tous. La communication était super je recommande cet hôte. Merci Erine nous avons passé un excellent moment

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!

STUNNING property and location! The home was beautifully decorated with lots of modern touches. It included everything you needed. Lots of cookware/table settings/towels and shower items and was incredibly clean! We were a family of 7 and there was lots of space for everyone to be more than comfortable the whole stay. We loved that we were able to have the two sets of adults in each a bedroom and the kids all shared the room with two beds. The surrounding area is stunning. A quaint little village of locals and other Airbnb's and right on Peggy's Cove. It was incredible! The views are absolutely gorgeous. The only thing we didn't really like was the cost of the cleaning fee. We thought $250 was a bit much for a 3 night stay. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!
