I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The ambiance offered both warmth and privacy, making it a perfect retreat. The property is exactly how it has been advertised. The interior decor is soothing to the eye and aesthetic, adequate cleanliness is maintained and most of all, the superhost is incredibly responsive and supportive. One doesn't have to contemplate twice before zeroing in on the homestay.

This Airbnb was an absolute delight. Mr. Ahmed, the host, was extremely cooperative and always responded within one to two minutes, which made communication seamless. He was very helpful throughout my stay and even allowed me to check in a bit early upon my request. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and smooth, thanks to the convenient self check-in system. The place itself is very well maintained and perfectly organized honestly, even better than the pictures. The caretaker was also very helpful and always available when needed. You can choose this Airbnb without a doubt or second thought—I highly recommend it

the stay was amazing , the kitchen ,the bedroom everything was like I wanted ..and utsav was really helpful whenever I got some issues, even the caretakers are also very helpful.. hope I will get to stay there again 🙏

Positives: 1. In a busy market area yet not noisy as the apartment is inside. 2. Very friendly host. Arranged car for us when the Mobile Internet services were down due to exams for Assam Government employment. Took trouble of getting us Mishti Dohi, when my wife enquired about it. The 5 star rating is due to the friendly nature of host. 3. Two bedrooms sufficient to sleep 4. There is a living cup dining room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an AC and attached toilet. Negatives 1. Soaps and moisturising lotion left by previous occupant was still in bathroom. 2. The attached bathroom shower handle was coming off. It was not clear how to control the geiser in that bathroom 3. The common bathroom shower was only providing lukewarm water inspite being switched on for more than 15 minutes. The host could not be contacted on Sunday when we were leaving till 10AM as he was sleeping. He may provide alternate telephone numbers to contact. Also wifi details can be provided at checkin

A Hidden Gem in Guwahati!!! I had the most wonderful stay at Little Woods in Guwahati. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming host, Pinakshi. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The homestay is located on the top 4th floor — while there’s no lift, the climb is surprisingly easy and totally worth it. Nestled on the terrace, the house feels peaceful and private. The two air-conditioned rooms are cozy, cool, and maintain a lovely sense of serenity despite being on the rooftop. Located in a quiet neighborhood, Little Woods is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and all the electronics and appliances are in perfect working condition — practical and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. It's clean, calm, and feels like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Mrs. Pinakshi 🙏🤗

Had a very comfortable stay here, the place is cute & cozy. The location is good & ample space for parking, so no hassles there. The host is chill & super helpful, so the check in was smooth & had a hassle-free stay. The place is neat & well maintained & all the amenities mentioned are available. So, will definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in a location near to the main city area in Guwahati !

The place was very nice and clean. Rooms were good and free of clutter and the bathroom was very clean. We had the entire unit of two rooms plus hall and kitchen with us and as I visited with family it was great for my kids who roamed around freely. Both the host and the co-host were wonderfully helpful and even accepted my special requests for my younger kid immediately. Would definitely recommend this place.
