Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

Lucy's Cottage, 2 Bed 1 Bath, Charming and Vintage

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Lucy's Cottage, a charming 1920 bungalow in the heart of Alvin, Texas. This cozy 800 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is full of windows and abundant natural light. Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Old Corner grocery store renovated into Cordray Drug Store on show "Restoring Galveston" on Magnolia. This rental space UPSTAIRS is completely separate with its own entrance. Bedroom has queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Living room has Smart TV. Washer and dryer! Outdoor space is shared during 12-6 business hours. Expect noise downstairs during shop hours 12-6 pm Tuesday-Sunday.
