The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Direkt an der Loipe gelegen, lädt das nachhaltig erbaute Strohhaus zu einem authentischen Erlebnis ein.

A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Das gemütliche Appartment besteht aus einem großen Raum im Erdgeschoss, mit angrenzendem Bad sowie einem Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es befindet sich im liebevoll renovierten ehemaligen Stallgebäude unseres Bauernhauses. Dieses liegt in einem ländlichen aber ortsnahen Teil von Tettnang ca. 8 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wohnung vereint den Charme ehemaliger bäuerlicher Nutzung mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Der Kamin bietet gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein besonderes Ambiente.

Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Bludenz und verfügt über einen großzügigen Abstellraum für Sportgeräte sowie eine eigene Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und der Möglichkeit, Bekleidung aufzuhängen. Supermärkte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Bahnhof gelangt man in kurzer Zeit. Bludenz ist der ideale Ausgangsort in verschiedene Wander- und Schigebiete. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Wir bieten in unserem ehemaligen, neu umgebauten Stall eine einfache, aber mit allem ausgestattete 44 qm große Unterkunft für unkomplizierte Gäste. Unser Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir betreiben eine Bio Landwirtschaft mit Kühen, Hühner, Pferde und Katzen. Unser Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und bei Regen gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Für ein Kind ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auch ein Reisebett kann untergebracht werden. Nur 10 Minuten von Bregenz und See, bieten wir eine großzügige Wohnung an, mit Terrasse zur Entspannung und Sicht auf den Bregenzerwald. Sie können auch autofrei die Lage geniessen. Der Bus fährt halbstündlich direkt vor dem Haus ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Beistellbett für Kleinkinder, eine vollwertige Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten inklusive Spülmaschine und Kaffevollautomat. Wander- und Radwege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.
