Such a beautiful location. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Peaceful and just a few minutes down to the beach which is ever crowded. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Reef Beach House and was perfect once again! Just a lovely house, so comfy and you feel right at home. Lovely relaxing on the deck or in the lounge, both with great views of the ocean. Comfy and clean beds. Heather is also a great host! Responsive and flexible and also popped over at short notice to make a change to the bed configurations for us even though we forgot to ask for it ahead of time. Thanks so much Heather - another wonderful stay and we will be back!

Great location and perfect set up for our family Easter break. Lots of utensils and extras to make cooking easy. Can't fault our stay. Will stay again.

We loved staying in Theresé’s place! It was such a beautiful location and perfect for our group weekend away. The place comfortably suited our group of four couples. We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!

The location is superb Whilst the house is not new we found it to be very clean and tidy. The backyard was great for our two small dogs. Overall it meet our needs and expectations and would highly recommend.

Amazing house, backyard is perfect for relaxing and the whole place has a peaceful calm feel to it. We had a great break with the kids and highly recommend Zoie’s place to everyone!

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Would highly recommend this place, had all the amenities needed with a beautiful pool, balcony and multiple shared spaces for us to hang out in. Very close to the local shops and we spent half the day at Malua Bay Beach, a close drive from the place. Very comfortable beds and the whole place was so clean and spacious.

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Very clean and heaps of space. Very relaxing! Great for entertaining. The only thing we could fault is the steps inside and outside because they are higher than normal steps.

This pad is sensational, great layout, plenty of space to keep all the grommets entertained and break out areas for the adults, epic pool and the team managing the property were all on point, extremely prompt and very efficient. Will book again if we are back in the area for sure!

A short walk to the beach and coffee van in the morning. Local shops also super close for last minute items. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

We had an absolutely amazing short getaway! Our two-night stay at Doug & Chris's place was everything we needed - clean, stylish, peaceful, and full of good energy. The house has two balconies, each with its own vibe — the upper one with a beautiful open view of the ocean, and the lower one facing a lush, green forest with a roof overhead. Now, it rained a lot during our stay (we're talking full-on "sky forgot to turn off the tap" kind of rain!)😂, so if we wanted to sip tea while enjoying the ocean view, we'd probably need snorkels!😊 But honestly, the sound of rain and the cozy atmosphere made it all the more special. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully set up, with every little detail covered. It felt like one of those places where you just want to sink into the couch, sip something warm, and say, "Yep, 1 could totally live here." Huge thanks to Doug & Chris for sharing their beautiful space with us. Definitely going on our "must-return" list — rain or shine! Thank you guys

Such a beautiful house and only a few steps to the sand - so easy to walk to the beach with kids and our dog. We had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out to sea. Emily’s house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - we could tell that a lot of thought had been put into making the house a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The beaches are simply glorious - perfect for long walks, surfing, rolling down dunes, playing in warm rock pools, swimming and dog walking. We loved the hot outdoor shower and the back gate for easy beach access. Peaceful place and beautiful natural surrounds. Emily was happy to accommodate an early checkin and late check out so that was a real bonus (felt like we had an extra day to enjoy our holiday). Thanks Emily, we’ll definitely be back!

Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

The view from both inside and outside on from the veranda is just spectacular. So many hours are whittled away staring at the beach and the ocean at all hours. The kitchen was beautifully stocked which gave a home-away-from-home feel. The kids loved utilising the board games that were made available. We loved having such good access to the beach which encouraged multiple visits a day. We have discovered a new gem on the south coast. We will be back again!

Chris was a fantastic host and his house was perfect for our needs. He was super responsive and had easy to follow instructions for check-in and using the features in the house. The location was great in a quiet, peaceful location. There was plenty of room for us all with comfy seating both inside and out. Thanks for a great stay!
