Great little place to stay. Super easy check in and clean! Dale Hollow lake is only 10 min away. Perfect place to relax and rewind.

Everything about this airbnb was fantastic! It was super clean, easy to find and check in, exactly as described & matched the photos, great location, great communication, and clear check out instructions. The bedrooms and closets are really spacious - this was really nice, as we were there for 4 nights. We've been using airbnb for years & I must say this was my all time favorite place to stay. If we are ever in Cookeville again, we will certainly book this place!

The place was very easy to find. The unit was cozy and I felt at home. I had no issues during my stay. Thank you for allowing to stay!

At check in there was a hiccup with the pool that couldn't be avoided that it was not operable but we got later in that night anyway but by the next day it was working and the kids were excited. The pool was very warm which was awesome and right outside the door. The place was very big and accommodated for everyone. To be honest this was probably the best airbnb we have ever stayed at

This is my third stay at "The Den" and I about love every moment. Kevin & Sherri are phenomenal hosts, always accommodating and right there to answer any question within minutes. absolutely gorgeous place, very peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place for a small family looking to get away. It is very clean and full of very modern appliances and TV. it's like going on vacation and stepping into your home away from home. I highly recommend this to anyone and will tell others. Thank you Kevin and Sherry for hosting us this third time it is always a pleasure to stay with you, we will be back in October.

Our group was celebrating a 70th birthday. We always love to stay in borrowed homes. Sandra’s place was the most spotless we have ever visited! Everything in its place and a place for everything! The outdoor space was like a dream! If you love flora and fauna, and peace and tranquility, book now! The beds were so comfy and you will find everything you need there! Check out the small local towns and just unwind! We talked to her twice and we assured her we will be back soon!

This is a perfect space for my family of 5. Hosts were great and responded when I had questions. Love the patio and black-stone grill for group meals. We’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be back!

Had 10 guests, had plenty of room. Very large parking lot was perfect for trucks and boats. 15-20 minutes from Halcomb's Landing and the dam at Lake Cumberland. Looking forward to staying here again!

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Hot tub is very nice nice coffee shop 1 min away that had great coffee but also had excellent steaks! Only about 5 min from safe harbor Jamestown marina.

Love this place so much! It’s such a quiet secluded place in an area you wouldn’t expect. Our host Christopher was awesome about communicating and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back this way again!

This beautiful home was perfect for my family gathering. We had more than enough room and this house is soo clean! Sand the view of the lake is stunning! Josh was a perfect host and we will definitely be back ! Thanks for sharing !

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

Had a good stay here! It was very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. The place even had pots, skillets, etc. which was nice we didn’t have to bring our own or buy anything (except it didn’t have a 9 by 13 pan which I could’ve used). This place was perfect for what was needed!

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.
