Great location, easy to go anywhere I want to, very nice host, easy to deal with. I've been with the same host for several years and always want to stay in the same place whenever I visit Taipei.

The place is as described in the pictures and in a great locations in Xinyi. The place was very clean and in a nice, new building surrounded by restaraunts. The host was amazing, she even went to the flower shop before my arrival to help me surprise my girlfriend for Valentine's day.

Ein Zimmer mit privatem Badezimmer. Für das Badezimmer muss man kurz den Gang durchqueren. Das ist aber überhaupt kein Problem. Während ich dort war, waren die beiden anderen Zimmer an ein Mädchen und eine Frau vermietet, die beide sehr nett waren. Ich habe sie während meines Aufenthaltes aber beide nur kurz gesehen. Das Zimmer selbst ist genau so wie beschrieben. Es war super sauber, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ich habe mich gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Im Badezimmer gibt es kleine Schimmel- und Abnutzungsspuren. Und im Badezimmer steht auch die Waschmaschine für alle drei Zimmer. Es war aber nie ein Problem, die Nutzung gut zu timen. Die Unterkunft ist 3min von gongguan MRT Station entfernt. Diese 3min geht man durch den gongguan nightmarket, wo sich am Nachhauseweg immer etwas gutes zum Essen findet. Olga ist wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich viel Zeit nimmt, super nett ist und die Unterkunft gut pflegt. Volle Empfehlung von mir, ich komme gerne wieder! :)

We enjoyed this studio+loft unit in a modern high-rise. It's few minutes walking to Taipei 101 MRT station (heart of Taipei's newest shopping district); this is also next to the older Taipei with one of the night markets and traditional eateries of all kinds. It is well equipped with kitchen and an all-in-one washing+drying machine. Thanks to Simon and team for making the downstair sofa bed into a very comfortable bed for us (one could also sleep in the loft upstairs). Simon offered to meet us in person, but check-in was super easy on our own by following instructions to pick up the elevator keycard at a convenience store one block away. The unit's floor is high enough, so street noise was minimum. Like all apartments or hotels, sound insulation wasn't 100% proof; almost all tenants followed rules well, so it's very quiet except one night when a neighbor watched football late into the night:-). We highly recommend this as the home base to experience Taipei on many fronts!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever booked! Superb location—just minutes away from Taipei 101, shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Unbeatable value for money! The highlight was definitely the rooftop view of Taipei 101—no need to go anywhere else for a breathtaking night view. The house is well-equipped, with high-quality furniture and fittings that feel new and well-maintained. There’s so much more to love about this place. Highly recommended!

great wifi and location. responsive host.

My mother and I had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. It was pristine, everything looked new, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. And not to forget there’s a lovely view of Taipei 101 from the living room. There’s a sizable night market right around the corner (less than 5 minutes walk), where we had dinner almost everyday. We had a great time, and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re visiting Taipei. Thank you Simon and Tina for all your help and being wonderful hosts!

位置十分方便，係北門站行唔洗幾分鐘就到，而且由民宿行去西門町都好近。樓下就有出名嘅24小時牛肉麵，做宵夜一流👍🏻，房間又夠大，房東都好好，下次再有咁多人都會再嚟住

The place was great, had everything we needed. Plus the location was so convenient: 1) next to HSR / metro station, shopping centre, 2) cafes/food court/restaurants downstairs. Peter was responsive and proactive all the time and even met us to check-in to show us to the place and let us know what else is around. Thank you Peter ☺️

This unit is in the perfect location. It is a 15 minute walk to the Taipei 101 district with multiple stores, restaurants and attractions. Also there is an mrt stop an easy 5 minute walk away. The area is private and peaceful. The unit was as advertised and although it is small, had all the amenities needed for the two of us for our two week stay. The in unit laundry was very handy, we made good use of it. The host was very responsive, and was available any time we reached out. We used the driver our host recommended to pick us up and return us to the airport. We would highly recommend this service for convenience and peace of mind. He was friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. We recommend this unit, and would definitely stay here in the future.

I highly recommend this accommodation! The check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect. The space was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our host was super responsive and helpful, accommodating our requests with ease. The addition of a washer and dryer was a huge plus! Overall, a fantastic stay – I'd definitely book again! Sugestion Consider adding additional lighting fixtures or brighter bulbs in the standing shower and mirror area to improve visibility and ambiance. This would make the space feel more welcoming and comfortable for users. Thank you

Rei’s place was very new and comfortable with walkable location to both MRT and TRA. It’s also very near (2 mins) walk to the famous Raohe Night Market. All facilities in this listing works well too.

我們連續住七晚，全程都很安靜沒有喧鬧聲，衛浴設備也不錯，最喜歡掛衣間和數量足夠的衣架。 有陽台和小廚房，感覺住起來像家一樣舒適！

This place is fantastic and the host very responsive and friendly. Very quiet and a nice view over the park next to the building. Heated Aircon was a rare treat in Taiwan. The place is well thought out, making the most of the small space without feeling cramped. The stairs up to the bed are narrow with a low ceiling but wasn’t an issue. Overall very happy we stayed here.

4層的公寓每層都有獨立廁所, 電視, 沙發, 水煲, 雪櫃, 很適合幾家人一齊旅遊或家族大旅行。 牙膏牙刷, 沐浴露洗頭水, 拖鞋毛巾一應俱全, 廁所還是我最喜歡的免治馬桶。 地理位置比想像中更優越，1, 2分鐘就到達西門町賣白苦瓜汁的地方及永和豆漿, 車子也能泊到門外, 運行李很方便。 屋內是工業風設計, 乾淨舒適而不會太易弄污, 住起上來不會有太大壓力。 有洗衣機, 乾衣機，超級方便。 屋主在我到達前2次幫忙接收包裹, 非常感謝!! 唯一美中不足，是電視機沒有頻道提供，看不到當地的電視

This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

I stayed in this flat on the 10th floor for 1.5 month. Great location, convenient with MRT not too far away and youbike just in front of the building. The apartment is minimalist and practical, which I like. Lots of hidden storage everywhere (under the windows, stairs, sofa, etc). The wifi let me work from the unit without too many problems. Even though I don't speak good Chinese at all, check-in and check-out were great, the host took time to explain everything. The apartment was not spotless clean when I arrived (but okay), and some people might not like sleeping up the stairs in a mezzanine. But overall I would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

房間乾淨整潔，一下交流道開車10分鐘餒可以抵達，外面就有阿宗芋冰城可以吃！還有提供switch，從7點吃完晚餐到家後都在玩都沒出門逛街🤣

일단 아파트 단지내 보안이 철저해서 좋았어요. 입주민 카드키 없이는 엘리베이터도 못타서 다른 에어비앤비 이용할때보다 훨씬 맘 편하게 다닐 수 있었구요. 집앞에 걸어서 5분 거리에 까르푸가 있어서 좋았고 단수이역까지 셔틀도 있어서 굳이 버스나 택시 타지 않아도 됐어요. 워런마터우까지는 택시타도 10분 밖에 안걸려서 택시비도 별로 안나왔구요. 호스트 분하고 라인으로 연락했는데 피드백이 매우 빨랐어요. 친절하셨고 체크인이나 체크아웃 시간도 여유있었구요 . 방은 3개에 화장실 2개 있는데 모두 넓고 깨끗했어요. 사실 단수이 지역이 호텔도 별로 없고 위치도 애매해서 숙소잡기가 힘든데 여기는 왠만한 호텔보다 좋고 넓어서 많은 사람이 같이 이용하기에는 매우 괜찮은 숙소 같아요 .

Perfect stay in great location - especially the rooftop pool with 101 view. Great staff at reception! Angie was always reachable and took care of every single inquiry. Definitely again !!!
