En el pueblo de Llaés somos 12 habitantes, y lo que más nos gusta de nuestro barrio, la tranquilidad y harmonía que se respira, el verde de las montañas con el contraste del azul eléctrico del cielo. Nos encantan las tardes tranquilas donde solo alzando la vista observas águilas, búhos al anochecer, mariposas, liebres, topos, zorros, y un sinfín más de vecinos que corren por el barrio!

L'alloggio è tranquillo, immerso in un'oasi verde, ma anche centrale, vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Adatto a coppie, anche con un bambino, a single e a chi viaggia per lavoro. La vicinanza alla tangenziale rende facilmente raggiungibile l'autostrada per Palermo, Siracusa, Ragusa e Messina. E' un'ottima base di partenza per gite sull'Etna e per le principali località turistiche della Sicilia orientale e per la città di Catania. Perfetto per chi ama la piscina! Si tratta di un antico palmento, che è stato recentemente ristrutturato in modo conservativo, cioè lasciando intatte tutte le caratteristiche funzionali: il pavimento in pietra lavica della camera da letto, le tipiche scale interne ed esterne, le botti con i loro rubinetti; ho scelto di lasciare in vista per i miei ospiti anche numerosi oggetti tipici della lavorazione dell'uva, quali i grandi mestoli e i panieri in vimini. Il palmento è stato arricchito dalla presenza di un grande camino che è a disposizione degli ospiti. Completa l'ospitalità la possibilità di utilizzare i grandi spazi esterni intorno alla piscina dove si trovano il rigoglioso giardino di mandarini e la doccia. Si forniscono anche bicchieri, piatti, stoviglie per potere consumare semplici pasti freddi.

Il palmento si trova all'interno del parco di una villa storica; perciò quando si è in casa o vicino alla piscina si gode di una serena tranquilità. Appena si esce dalla proprietà, che è recintata da un alto muro e al riparo dagli sguardi estranei, ci si ritrova nel centro di Mascalucia: negozi, supermarket, ristoranti, pizzerie e gastronomie di vario genere.

Sie mieten unserer Torzimmer im Ostflüel des Schlosses. Das Schloss blickt auf eine 800 Jahre alte Geschichte zurück und ist DAS Wahrzeichens Bad Hönningens. Schloss Arenfels liegt mitten in den Weinbergen. Der Wald, die Weinberge und der Rhein laden zum spazieren und wandern ein. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar. Nach Bonn und Koblenz sind es mit dem Auto 30 Minuten. Aber auch mit der Bahn kommt man halbstündig sowohl nach Köln/Bonn, und nach Koblenz.

Das Hotelzimmer ist insgesamt 55 Quadratmeter groß. Es besteht aus einem 36 Quadratmeter großem Wohn- & Schlafraum sowie einem 19 Quadratmeter großen Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Für Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen bin ich jederzeit erreichbar. Meist sogar persönlich, da ich selbst im Schloss lebe und arbeite. *********** Our location includes a lovely decorated and comfortable room (55 squaremeters in total) which offers a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful view. Bad Hönningen is a small city directly located on the river rhine between Bonn and Koblenz. The room is located inside a castle on the second floor and comprises room for a 180x200 cm bed for 2 people. Additionally it is possible to put two more mattresses in the living room for children (or else). The bathroom offers a huge shower and a bathtub. Towels, sheets and shower gel will be provided as well.  However there is a huge free parking lot next to the castle which can be used for free. The castle of Bad Hönningen is a perfect starting point for nature trips such as hikes or walks as it can be directly found next to the famous ''Rheinsteig Wanderweg''. Schloss Arenfels liegt mitten in den Weinbergen am Rande Bad Hönningens. Es ist direkt am Rheinsteig gelegen und somit bietet es die ideale Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Das Stadtzentrum mit einigen Restaurants ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso ist die bekannte Bad Hönninger Kristall-Rheinpark-Therme zu Fuß in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in weniger als fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Hier befinden sich auch die Bad Hönninger Rheinwiesen, die zum flanieren einladen. Im Nachbarort Rheinbrohl lag einst der nödliche Beginn des Limes. Einer römischen Befestrigungs- und Wehranlage, die seit 2005 UNESCO Weltkulturerbe ist. Hier gibts es auch ein interessantes Museum.

El alojamiento cuenta con dos habitaciones, ambas equipadas con ventiladores y camas de dos plazas. El living es un cómodo y espacioso lugar que cuenta con Smart TV y una vista alucinante desde su balcón (no te vas a querer perder esos hermosos atardeceres). El Mirador or Castle Tower, a breathtaking Suite overlooking Potrero Bay and Flamingo Beach that will truly give peace and karma to your well being. This is an affordable 388 sq. ft, studio with facilities for cooking, bathing, sleeping, and internet. On site pool and beaches within walking distance.

At an altitude of 35 meters above sea level, el Mirador overlooks the flight path of aquatic birds as they ride the thermal to traverse from both bays all day long to feed. To get to it you must go 60 steps up from the main house. It is worth the going up the steps. The pool is located in the front of the property and is shared by the main house and 2 other units on the property. It has air conditioning, fans and lots of spectacular views along with a small kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator.

Just a short way down the hill you will find 5 restaurants, a supermarket, bike, golf carts and car rentals. Most importantly, Flamingo beach with its pristine white sands. There are great restaurants in the area including Coco Loco on the far end of the beach, tours and water sports. A short drive away you will find Potrero, Surf Side & Brasilito neighborhoods which also have a handful of restaurants. About 30 min away is Tamarindo where you will find surf camps, lots of water activities as well as a little night life if that's what you’re into. (A small note about COVID restrictions - There is a 9pm closing time in effect for all establishments so please keep this in mind when dining out or traveling to Tamarindo)

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

We have a UV air purifier, follow enhanced cleaning guidelines. The suite is a separate part of the castle and easily accessed with just one short step up. The vaulted ceiling with 3 beautiful exposed beams gives the room a spacious and interesting feel. The handsome & comfortable King size sleigh bed is a gift from a dear family friend. A twin bed can be brought in if a 3rd guest will be staying. Children are allowed. Toddlers are allowed after some concerns are discussed. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, double sink & microwave. There is no oven or stove top but a grill is available outside. Coffee & tea is always available. Delicious breakfast muffins are placed in the fridge upon request. The big bay window lets in the sun & view of the grounds but the blackout drapes are there for privacy when needed. We have self check in but we are near by or just a phone call or text away.

It is only 4 blocks to the center of town. Many restaurants, the Eastern Shore Art Center, unique stores, the Civic Center, Fairhope Public Library and the Fairhope Museum of History are all within that walk. Head 4 blocks west and your are in one of Fairhope's lovely bluff parks that overlooks Mobile Bay. Go down the bluff stairs and you can walk along the public beach to the City Rose Garden and public pier. The 24 mile long Eastern Shore Bike Trail is just a block away.
