We had to book this place at very short notice and Christos made it really easy. The place was lovely to stay in, so so clean! Easy parking if you’re driving. Helpful host. Most of all it was pristine.

This is my second time at Giovannis. He is an excellent host who helps you with everything you need. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The rooms are large. The kitchen is functional. The view of the sea is beyond imagination. The house is on the seafront, close to the beach and the city center. There are shops and restaurants nearby. I recommend this accommodation and I will return. Thank you Giovannis for everything.

Alex and Martha were both very welcoming The apartment was clean a spacious. The view to wake up to was amazing what more could you ask for in life. There is plenty of restaurants and shops along the strip and surprisingly quiet in the evening any noise completely stops before midnight. We would highly recommend staying here

Kayhan beyi fiziksel olarak görmesem de eşi Hüsniye hanım çok nazik ve misafirperver bir insandı. Ev ile ilgili tüm sorunlarımı yada sorularımı hızlı bi şekilde cevaplar aldım . Konum olarak harika ötesi diyebilirim sakin ve nezih bir ortama sahip evin içine diyebilecek hiç bişey yok herşey kusursuz diye bilirim şimdiden kalacak insanlara iyi tatiller diliyorum

This place was incredibly easy to find, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that truly values nature and animals. The area is safe, clean, and filled with kind, well-educated Russian Cypriots, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is cozy and instantly puts you in relax mode. From the balcony, the trees gently block out city lights, letting us enjoy the moon and stars all night long :) especially magical in April. Our dog was right there with us, feeling just as happy and at home. Such a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended :)

Well equipt apartment located in easy commute to large stores as well as touristy areas. Large free car park outside. Apartment had everything we needed, would recommend

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Wenn man bei Amit zu Besuch ist, hört man 24 Stunden lang das Meer rauschen. Man kann wirklich vom Bett aus das Meer sehen und nachts die Sterne. Pomos liegt in einem ruhigen Teil Zyperns und man braucht mit dem Auto eine reichliche Stunde, um da hinzukommen. Es ist ganz klar eine Location für individuell Reisende. Der Strand unterhalb des Hauses ist ein Steinstrand. Man kann da trotzdem schwimmen. Ein guter Sandstrand ist fußläufig 20 min entfernt (Auto 5 min). Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt und wurden von Amit super gut als Gäste betreut. Einziger Nachtteil: eines der drei Betten (3 Schlafzimmer) knarrt, wenn man sich bewegt. Und die Wasserpumpe auf dem Dach springt jedes Mal an, wenn man auf Toilette geht oder sich die Hände wäscht bzw. duscht. Dieses Geräusch ist in den beiden oberen Schlafzimmern recht deutlich zu hören. Wir haben uns dennoch unglaublich wohlgefühlt...

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer ein-Jährigen Tochter dort und waren sehr begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel platz. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein super schöner Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man einfach und in ca. 15 min. nach Girne. Der Kontakt mit Bekir und seinen Schwiegereltern war sehr, sehr nett. Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Sollten wir nochmal nach Girne kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen und es auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen dank Bekir und deiner Familie 🙏

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

I had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making the experience even better. The location is absolutely beautiful, just a few minutes’ walk from Coral Bay Beach, with stunning views from the apartment. Restaurants and shops are only an 8-minute walk away, which was really convenient. The apartment was clean, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only small downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear my neighbours, but this didn’t take away from an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Kontakt und haben frühzeitig alle wichtigen Infos bekommen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und alles war sauber. Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Der Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Häuser entfernt.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Location is ideal,view of the mountains in the front, palm trees & beach in the back just a few steps away. Building is very secure, quiet & private. Spotlessly clean & bright. The 2 balconies r awesome. Flat is sooo gorgeous as well as spacious. The hosts r incredible- so welcoming, always just a text away yet non- intrusive, very responsive to needs & helpful recommendations. They have stocked everything a person or family could need during their stay & several thoughtful food & drink items to start u off. If u like to see sunrise over the bay, sunset over the mountains, hearing the waves as u go to sleep, and a bright, beautifully decorated space- u can’t go wrong with this awesome place! Definitely hope to stay there again on a return trip

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.

Konutun yeri çok güzel. Giriş ve çıkışta hiçbir problem yaşamadım. Manzarası on numara. Ev sahibi ile iletişim güzeldi. Gazinolara çok yakın bir konumda. Ev içinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak eşya mevcut. Kısacası gönül rahatlığı ile kiralayabilirsiniz.

I have to say that Tim's place is one of the best places I was able to found in Limassol. It's a 4th floor w/ elevator and an amazing ocean view. I felt right at home and there is a well stocked kitchen where I found everything I needed to cook my own food. Illumination and ventilation is great, additionally there are blackouts to sleep really good. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but there are plenty of restaurants and groceries at a 10 mins walk. The best thing is that you'll get the sea at 100 meters in case you want to take a beach walk and the local bus is at 50 meters so you can go the city center during the whole day at 2 euros. Tim as person is a very friendly host and I perceived from him an honest intention to provide a positive experience to guests plus he said he lived in the same building so it's a matter to write him in case there's any issue in the apartment. Overall, I'd recommend Tim's place both for short and long stays to anyone who wants a great stay in Limassol
