Had a wonderful stay with family, the villa was everything we wanted and more. The outside area was fantastic with a large pool, plenty of seating with a bbq area. The inside of the property was clean and spacious and had everything we required. The villa is situated in a quiet location which was perfect for us, there is a lovely bakery a short walk away and a beautiful little beach just a ten min walk away. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside the villa with bus running every ten minutes, you can travel in to Pernera, Protaras, cape Greco and Ayia Napa. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this villa.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

We had such a great time in the house! everything was clean and the house is perfectly equipped! Also loved the view and the whirlpool ! We'll be back ! :)

Снимали жилье неделю компанией 5 взрослых и один ребенок (3 года) и остались очень довольны! Beatrice довольно быстро отвечает и пошла на встречу в заселение пораньше. Расположение хорошее - 5 мин до моря и 5 мин до автобусной остановке. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания в плоть до мелочей в том числе и для детей (игрушки, велосипед, самокат, ракетки и т.д) Вообщем и целом всё просто замечательно и однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Our entire extended family, a total of seven adults and four small children, arrived at the property. The house is huge and spacious, and the furniture is in good condition. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, with a breathtaking view from the house. Mike, the property owner, was exceptional – always available to answer any question or fulfill any request we had. The only downside I can mention is that the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. However, Mike immediately arranged for a cleaner, who came the same day and stayed for three hours. All in all, it’s an excellent house, highly recommended, and Mike is absolutely wonderful!

Ottima sistemazione, nuova e dotata di tutto quello necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Buon prezzo e comodità di parcheggio. Ospite reattivo, buone indicazioni ed appartamento trovato abbastanza facilmente. Appartamento pulito e dotato di una vista spettacolare 🤩.

Lovely apartment with all necessary requirements needed, easy access

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. I especially loved the outdoor spaces—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The host was always friendly and communication was easy. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Komplex mit großem Pool, gepflegtem Garten und ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich, blitzsauber, modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt einfach alles, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft 100%ig weiter.

We had a really good stay. The living room area was convenient, and the kitchen had most necessities—newer pots and pans would be nice. Heating in the living room and bedrooms worked well. The bathroom is small but comfortable. We used the fireplace initially, but stopped after it became smoky. The town is within walking distance, though without sidewalks it’s less pleasant with children. In April, many shops and attractions were closed, but the nature is beautiful with good nearby hikes. Overall, definitely worth the price.

Ev, daha içeri girerken sizi adeta yaşadığınızı hissettiriyor. Temizlik, düzen ve ihtiyaçlara yönelik detaylar büyük bir özenle düşünülmüş. Artık Girne’deki favori konaklama yerlerimizden biri. Loved this apartment and perfect location for us. Owner gave great info and clear instructions. Flat was equipped with everything needed and slept so well in the comfortable beds. Having a sea view and balcony was an added bonus. I can't wait to come back again 😁

The place is a place. It's very nice and roomy (especially for the price) but my guess is that you can get a nice place elsewhere as well. What you're getting here that you're not getting elsewhere is the host himself! Christos really cares about his guests and it shows. He is always proactive with giving recommendations for activities all around the island and he can answer any question you may have during your stay. He even picked us up from the airport late at night; you don't get that kind of service from every host. He is very kind, asks about your day -he's like your best Cyprus friend you didn't know you had.
