The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Cygnet River Studio is attached to a 105 yr old cottage which was originally the Cygnet River School headmasters residence. Now called The Little White Cottage which sits on one acre of land nestled on the Cygnet River. Surrounded by river red gums, unique birdlife and animals abound. This unique place is close to everything, making it easy to plan. A leisurely walk to The Islander Estate and the New KI Wool. A short drive to award winning Gin Distillery KIS, Springs Road Winery and Kingscote.

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
