Great location,lots of amenities and quiet. Close to Gatlinburg but not so close that you deal with the traffic and noise. Clean unit,nice pools , miniature golf and gas grill.Couldnt ask for more

Wonderful 24 hours at the Ridge. The grounds were incredible, the perfect place for an overnight writing retreat. I wish we had longer to stay.

This was the perfect location for us, because our daughter also lives in the building. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful time while staying at Kimberly’s place, the views were amazing and it was so peaceful! The area is so beautiful, would like to plan another visit where we have more time to explore.

The Lincoln Suites was a great stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Restaurants, shops, and convenience stores were in walking distance. Charlie made it very simple for the check in and always answered questions promptly. I definitely recommend this stay if you are into cost efficient, clean, and spacious stays!

Staying with G Mike was amazing. It's a large house with lots of light, which is fantastic. Huge yard and animals, great contact with nature, and its pool. I recommend it 100%.

Overall it was a great stay! Great location within walking distance to Broadway. The place was clean, big bathrooms and lots of mirrors which was perfect for a girls trip. The host was very responsive, always answered very quickly. We had no issues with check in/out as the instructions were clear. A few minor things: some of the decor is peeling off the walls, there was some on the floor (part of a gold frame). There was also tape on the wall (probably from another stay/for decor). There were also some clothes left behind in the closet. And the body wash dispenser didn’t work in the 2nd bathroom. These were all small things that didn’t impact our stay at all. I think it’s a great spot for a girls trip as we all were comfortable and felt safe walking to/from for our nights out! We would definitely stay here again.

The person that greeted us in the hall was wonderful, so extremely helpful and kind. It was a great and easy experience. Great street with shops and restaurants. The place was very clean, big kitchen and comfortable bed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The building is very unique and cool, great amenities, great view of the city and peaceful. The parking validation part was somewhat confusing but was resolved quickly. Will be staying again
