We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

Grand Rivers Funky Little Shack is my new happy place. It’s adorable—definitely not what I would call a ’shack’—perfect for one or two people and a dog. I was there on a Monday before the busy season kicked in, so some of the restaurants were closed, including the pizza joint right next-door which I was looking forward to. The home is close to the heart of Grand Rivers and within easy walking distance of Lighthouse Landing and other places. I would definitely stay at the Shack again.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This is our 6th stay and as always we felt right at home! Super clean, everything you might need during your stay… we like to cook at home and the kitchen is so well equipped that we aren’t want for anything! The back patio is our favorite spot morning, noon and night ♥️

Carolyn was quick and responsive with my questions from when I first started looking to book to check out. The house is large, plenty of room. It is on a busy street but was still able to walk the neighborhood and felt safe sitting outside on the porch. The house had all the amenities needed and didn't need to bring much from home or purchase. We really had a nice time with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only things I would change are to add a few mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready and out on time.

Casa Creak is as if one is at a retreat. Beautiful inside and out. our second time there and can hardly wait for our next stay. Their are not enough words to say what great hosts Antonieta and Bruce are. They take care of their home with such pride and care. Love all the Bible quotes on the wall. The rooms are spacious. Love that their is a second bathroom. The sun room is the best with all the sliding doors because one can experience nature first hand while sitting, reading or just being still. I love that every detail of the home ie open, clean and inviting. Perfect location. the community is great and close to restrauants and places to walk. love that it is in a culsac and quiet . Being able to sit and relax in front of their creek was the topping of our stay. Once you leave u already wish you were back

A great place to stay in Tellico Plains. A surprising amount of room for a "tiny" house. Would happily stay again.

We love this place. This is our second time staying here and we will be back in the fall. It’s very peaceful.

My gf and I had a great stay at Ferns beautiful condo. This place was very clean, felt very homey, and is also within walking distance to downtown. Can’t say enough good things about Fern himself, with the recommendations on what to do, and ensuring all our needs were met. He truly went above and beyond as a host.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Is recommend this place to anyone visiting E-town! Thanks, Tracey, for the wonderful stay!

Great experience! The place was very clean and was perfect for two people. We were able to able to walk down town if we wanted and were close enough to drive to the National park. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night and eat dinner while looking at the mountains. We will definitely be back to visit Gatlinburg!

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

This was a wonderful stay. Clear, friendly, upfront communication. The unit was clean, comfortable. close enough to walk to the main strip. would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a visit to Vanderbilt or Belmont. Easy walk to Hillsboro for shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra blankets. Host very responsive and helpful. Great value!
