Wonderful rooms, great location and courteous and friendly staff. Was above and beyond our expectations.

Excellent vacation spot for Ohioans on a school fall break; outdoor pools are heated and the resort is close to attractions (fun new mountain rollercoaster) and yummy restaurants. Only 1 hr from Clingmans Dome! Hosts had excellent communication

Molly was an amazing Host! She was very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed! Best Host we have had with a stay. The home was very comfortable. It was very clean. House is in a great location. Looking forward to our next stay!

This place is wonderful.. I love it my wife in I dnt wana stay at no other than than here. Every city we visit we’re looking Wyndham resort.. clean, cook ware, really dnt hve to leave, 2 outdoor pools 1 indoor pools, real nice grill n da park playground for kids..jucuzzi n 1 of the bedrooms. Dey r so nice always asking if u need anything dnt hesitate in Dey mean it. Had to situation were we needed something n we got it. Jus booked dis place n I promise u wldnt want to stay anywhere else .

Quaint old time hotel in a nice historic building. Private and quiet space which was great for my one night stay needs and was also nicely located for my purposes.

It was a great location for distillery visits. Being older the location was nice for walks to shops, dining, and museums. Room was great had everything needed and so well period decorated. Very comfortable Overall a pleasant visit and great place to stay! Can’t wait to try the upstairs next trip.

Great stay! Had a quick hiccup with the desk when they were figuring out payment though. Apparently booking through Airbnb results in the room being “prepaid” and that led to some work on their end. Ended up quickly and completely sorted by management so no real complaints there. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Miriam was great to deal with, very responsive, easy to deal with and had zero issues with anything. Our room was better than expected, super clean, very spacious, & well stocked with anything you would need for a weekend. Great location if you’re looking for a place near Broadway, easy walk to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again.

I have been to Mountain Loft before and normally have a better view of the Mountains. This time around the side of a dirt hill and parking lot. Be aware of the staff working the vehicle pass issuance, they will invite you to one of their Blue Green (Time Share) meetings. It’s and easy no if you have ever been to one, don’t let them sucker you in with their I’ll pay you $150 if you do attend. I’m sure walking through hot coals is a better experience. Anyways, room was good enough for a quick weekend stay for a soccer tournament.

I flew out from New York to meet my friend for the first time. I chose home-suites, because I wanted somewhere where I can feel safe and secure; somewhere where I can feel at ease and I found all that comfort the minute I walked up the front desk. I was greeted by two beautiful ladies I’m so sorry I didn’t captured their names I was so lost in their beautiful accent they were young, beautiful, kind and very attentive to me. While they were helping me checked I was a bit nervous, but it all went through the roof after spoken to them. I spent Friday to Monday morning there. The was staff was super. Oh the guy that I met oh my God he’s a keeper. I loved him through videos and phone calls but meeting him confirmed that we are made for each other. Home suite thank you. I swam in that beautiful pool all weekend long, the water was clear and amazing. Evansville I can’t wait to come back although I want him to make the second trip New York But I’m definitely coming back. Thank you.

We get away a lot the weekend just the two of us. This was hands-down, the best place , that we've stayed. Literally, every thing about our stay was Incredible.

Very clean with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and extra bedding was provided as well. The deck is bigger than we anticipated. You can walk to broadway but we Ubered. Quick ride to the Oprey also. We will be booking again for our next trip to Nashville !

I love the place, even though it was out of a hotel room on such a short notice. I went down there with my friend for the night was able to sleep peacefully and wake up to a hot buffet breakfast the next morning I really enjoyed how the pools were open 24/7 And all the staff were very nice

We loved our stay! Very nice room. Clean and updated, loved the pictures of the Mountians in the room and the resort. A little older looking from the outside but room was very nicely renovated. Very comfortable bed and pillows! We stayed for two nights, for a spontaneous trip to the mountains, usually we get a cabin for a week but tried this for a quick trip! Very close to Cades Cove! And not too far to travel to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We love the peaceful side of the smokies!

Absolutely beautiful property! The wagon was soo neat! Can’t wait to go back and stay again with my kids next time!

We appreciated the opportunity to rent this Airbnb last minute. Geovanna and Michael came through with caring hearts and ready to help us where they could during our Christmas vacation. Such a wonderful stay for our little Christmas getaway! The resort is beautiful and lots of on site amenities. The kids loved the indoor waterpark and heated outdoor pools/hot tub. The buildings are easy to get to and it was very quiet and peaceful. Shuttle was very helpful as well! Resort is right in the middle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg! Location was perfect and the views were amazing from the room we were in. Host checked in with us multiple times before our visit to ensure a great experience. Thank you for being such a wonderful and supportive host!
