This is a perfect place to have a great time with your loved one, very comfortable , spacious and easy to access, the house is clean and and had everything we needed, I recommend for everyone, I loved our stay at the house.

Great location, there was construction hear by but you couldn't really hear it. There is also a train that runs maybe a 1/4 mile behind the house, you can hear it a little bit but for us wasnt a problem with 3 children in the house.

Jeremiah and Lisseth were very accommodating. They communicated well and clearly. The house was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. We had a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Spent the weekend here with friends and really appreciated the host’s hospitality! They accommodated an earlier check in, responded to messages promptly, and the space had comfortable beds and great linens. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house! We loved staying. One thing we appreciated was the amount of parking for the place. Area is also beautiful in the fall.

This was our 4th year staying at Sandy Cove to celebrate Christmas with our entire family. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate overnight stays. We love the 2 dining room tables and refrigerators. We had a small issue with a clog in the kitchen sink. I reached out to Mike and he sent someone over to fix it within a few hours. We hope to stay again next year!

The apartment was just as described by the host, and was very comfortable for a two night stay, for two couples. Excellent, proactive, communication by the host prior to check-in. Very clear instructions. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast (which is the only meal we ate at the apartment during our stay). A serrated knife would be a nice addition. All of the appliances were very clean, and in good working order. Entry to the building was easy. Be comfortable climbing stairs. Five minute drive, or 15 minute walk to downtown. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely return, and recommended it to others. Thank you for a nice stay, Susan.

Ian's place was great for a girls trip ti Portland. He was a great communicator if I had any questions or cleaning instructions. Will definitely stay again for any future trips to Portland.

Sadie and Laughlin are the best Airbnb hosts we have come across. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very clean, has lovely furnishings, is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 and a half day stay in Portland. Both bedrooms are a good size and have incredibly comfortable beds. When we needed help with something, our hosts came around fast to help us. If we are ever back in Portland, we shall gladly book again with them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Very well located apartment, with large living room and bed room, small kitchen and tiny bathroom. Communication with Sharon was easy and responsive.

This Airbnb made me want to move to Portland. It is in a beautiful location in a gorgeous building. I loved that there was parking and everything was so easy to walk through. The apartment itself is elegant and I appreciated all the nice details. I highly recommend this place and hosts.

Easy to find. The description is accurate. The views are breathtaking. I enjoyed waking up early and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the freshmen start their day and head out on their boats. Great walking area.

J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

excellent location which made for a lovely stay. very easy to get in and out with no issues whatsoever. Tons of hot water made multiple showers in a row between users a breeze . TV's in every room worked well for those who needed a break from children shows and was a great addition. lovely stay all around and very glad we came!

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

What a wonderful place in a lovely neighborhood. The condo exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful in person. We had a comfortable, happy stay with our small children. Scratch Bakery and an ice cream parlor are right across the street! And the book collection was great. Highly recommend!
