Peaceful, the horse's were beautiful to look at everyday, it hasa relaxing feel and I worked third shift at the hospital and no complaints at all.

Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

Great location and lovely townhouse. Contains all the amenities needed for an extended stay and for those two prefer to cook at home.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

Perfect location for someone interested in historical sites. I was notified in the morning that the space would be available earlier than scheduled. Bedroom was large with ample closet space. Kitchen was adequately equipped. It has a drip coffee-maker and coffee, sugar, and non-dairy creamer. Kitchen table only seats two. Shower stall was roomy. Bring your own detergent if you intend to use the laundry machines. I was quite satisfied.

Erika and John’s place was wonderful, exactly what I needed for a quick weekend trip from DC! The bed was comfortable and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough. It looks just like the photos. Some added benefits: a gas fireplace that enhanced our cozy evenings, a lovely screen porch, very comfortable beds, and a pretty woods behind the house. The drive to UVA was quick, but you definitely need a car. Will stay again!

Manny was super responsive to our needs and communicated well throughout our stay. Our stay here was definitely well worth it and was exactly what we were looking for.

Claudia's place was well-suited for a long-term stay, and the interior was both clean and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues come up, which Claudia quickly responded to. The Lake Ridge area is also very nice, including its proximity to walks around the lake. Overall it was a great stay and very grateful to Claudia for offering such a lovely place.

Our family of five had a great stay at The Wine Cellar. The home was clean and well decorated, the beds were comfortable and it was walking distance to a host of really great restaurants on Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

William was very responsive and understanding to our baby’s needs (eg setting up the pack n play even prior to our arrival). There are also toys and books! The place is cozy and great for our needs. Just a note that the main bedroom is also the living area, which worked out fine for us given that the baby slept in the second bedroom.

My group stayed at Isaac's place for a weekend to attend a concert at JPJ Arena. His condo is conveniently located to the arena (10min ride share), lots of walkable activities & food options next door on the Downtown Mall, and the living space was clean with basic amenities. I would highly recommend his space and will likely be booking it in the future! Thanks Isaac!

The best vacation spot with a beautify condo! Had a blast at this place and will definitely be coming back for sure. The house the view the furniture, everything about the trip was amazing!!

It was great! I didn’t realize just how close it is to the slopes. We just walked straight to the resort. The people at the resort were nice and the random people we met. It’s a great spot to stay.

Jordan & Veronica’s place was cozy, clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location! The description was spot on and the amenities (an iron!! and water/snacks) were great. Walkability in the downtown area and to UMW were perfect for our visit. We hope to return!
