We affectionately call it Frog Stomp because our neighbors have a pond and during the summer there are hundreds of baby tadpoles that are make their way around the guesthouse. So if you are scared of little tiny frogs, this is not the place for you.🐸Frog Stomp is 1BR 1BA. It has a kitchen with fridge, stove, and kurieg coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower. Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. (If you are needing additional space the Downtown Duplex-Unit 1 is also available for rent on Airbnb!)

The suite is located in South Huntsville area. It is spacious and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. Centrally located and in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. Book now and experience the comfort and convenience of this modern in-law suite! For your knowledge, I do have three dogs. They are friendly and not aggressive to people. If you have a fear of dogs, you may want to book somewhere else.

Covered Bridge Properties proudly offers this 1 bedroom cabin. Relax on the porch, take a nap in the daybed swing; while the kids walk down the path to the river to fish! Bring your pole! There are several local restaurants with a 15 minute drive from the cabin, Top Hat BBQ & El Molino Mexican Restaurant. We are only 15 minutes from 165.

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Smith Lake Cottage

Cozy fishing cabin on Smith Lake, Ryan's Creek. Short drive (one mile) to Smith Lake Park boat launch and some of the best fishing in the state. Located 7 minutes from the I-65 and 10 minutes from downtown Cullman with local shopping & dining. Private deck, firepit, access to swim pier, and kayaks available for use. Full kitchen, wifi, cable television. Close to community store and café. Boat friendly parking and outside electrical. Narrow bath entrance not wheelchair accessible.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

Update as of 04/2026: While I do accept pets, moving forward we can only house hypoallergenic dogs. Due to allergies, extreme shedding and cats destroying the furniture, we have decided to scale back on the dogs we allow.
