This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Jamie’s property was just as it looked in the photos. I have stayed in several Airbnb properties in the area and this is the best by far. It was spotless and if the weather had been better we would definitely have used the garden seating. Thanks to Jamie for providing such a great place.

The host was great and let us check-in early. We had two small children and they offered us a high chair, cot and baby before the booking, which was very thoughtful. The host met us at the location for an in person check-in and baked fresh cookies to welcome us. Such amazing hospitality and warmth. Always responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again. I wish I could have stayed in the annexe longer. I loved this clutter-free, light and airy space that has been stylishly furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and the annexe had everything I needed: comfy bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, plus the bonus of parking. It was a real pleasure to sit looking out on the sunny patio and the garden, listening to the birds singing: the annexe was surprisingly quiet and private. Brian was excellent at communicating throughout and was very responsive and helpful and very accommodating (!) of my need to change the date of booking a few times. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. One of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, immaculate. Very cute loft conversion, quite large with a very large comfortable bed. Easy anytime access with free private parking outside and Tim was a wonderful host.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Lovely welcoming home in a residential area within easy walking distance of everything Brighton has to offer. The house is spacious and very well appointed with all the kitchen equipment you’d need plus lots of games

We had an awesome stay, the place was spotless, and very cosy. Parking just in front of the house entrance, a nice back garden with a clean well furnished home. I highly recommend the place if you want a quick escape from the city.

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

Perfect location for the marathon. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely apartment with great facilities
