The Space: Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with sitting room, kitchen and bathroom on the top floor of a family home. Views of fields, front and back. WiFi, TV's in bed and sitting rooms, king bed with additional single/double pullout bed in bedroom.

The cottage sits within a ninety acre farm, Higher Easthams Farm.The market town of Crewkerne is a pretty, ham stone town that sits in beautiful countryside perfect for all manner of outdoor pursuits. The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

Half an hour from the south coast and ten minutes from the A303 - if you are headed South West! (or East?). Close to beautiful Somerset countryside, and around 5 minutes walk from the centre of Crewkerne - a lovely old town with various pubs/cafes and antique, boutique and charity shops to browse as well as a couple of supermarkets, and a leisure centre with a swimming pool.

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
