Located in the heart of the Templeton Gap wine region — with wineries just down the street — you’ll be minutes from both downtown Templeton and Atascadero. Relax on the spacious 500 sq. ft. patio and take in the sweeping views while enjoying a BBQ, sipping local wine, playing lawn games, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars. Inside, the game room offers darts, pool, ping pong, Connect 4, Pop-A-Shot, and more for family fun!

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay.

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.
