Huge, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, well maintained and fully fenced grounds, 2 boat launches, golf, take a trolly to attend a concert at The Gorge, etc. There is so much to do while soaking up the sunshine in beautiful Crescent Bar. After Summer we are convenient to fishing, hunting, and Mission Ridge Ski Resort.The sun is usually always shining here.

Have fun with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Community outdoor kitchen, hot tub and outdoor pool are open seasonally mid May - mid September Game Room, office space, board games, private hot tub, full kitchen and open living spaces. RV plug in and parking available in front of the garage. Panoramic river views of the Columbia and foothills. Great hikes and sight seeing in the area, near state parks, fishing, hunting, rock climbing. Short drive to the Gorge concert venue.

Sunserra has multiple pools & hot tubs to enjoy, with the closest being mere steps from our front door! Garage not available. NO PETS. No parties.

This home has an open main floor plan w/spacious living/dining room, opening to patio w/ fire pit & a huge shared yard. You'll be near the pools, tennis courts, sandy beach & boat launch on the river, plus restaurants. Parking is $50 per car (HOA required). Get excited for your stay!

Come stay at our lower unit in the heart of Crescent bar! 1.5 bedrooms (1 master with Queen and partial tiny room with kids twin bunk bed max weight for bunk bed is 100lbs) plus a large sectional that can sleep 1. Bathroom with shower + tub. Walking distance to everything: 2 ice cream parlors, 2 golf courses, boat launches, beaches, restaurants. WiFi and TV. No pets. **NOTE: Hot tub open year round but pool is closed October - April**
