This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

The apartment is in a great location. It’s easily walkable to nice shops and restaurants, and about a 25 min walk to the Notre Dame. We are a family of 4 with two young girls and it was perfect for what we needed.

Antoine is an absolutely amazing host. He was there to greet me when I arrived and was very flexible with my arrival time. I stayed a total of three weeks, with two small trips in between and he was very accommodating with helping me out to save some costs. He came in between to change the towels and bed sheets, and brought a heater for me because the building hadn’t turned it on yet. He was thoughtful with his check-ins and always made sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and very comfortable for one person. I was able to walk to 6 different metro stops (possibly more), all within 10 minutes. As a light sleeper, blackout shutters for the windows were also amazing. He has everything you’d need in the apartment but very responsive if you find anything lacking. Overall, very satisfied with my stay.

Un appartement très propre et fonctionnel dans un quartier animé mais dans une rue très calme. Léa a été très réactive dans ses réponses. Ses indications étaient très claires pour l arrivée . Je recommande sans réserve et reviendrai sûrement pour y séjourner. A noter une très bonne épicerie italienne avec des sandwichs à tomber dans la rue d à côté .

Nous avons déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans ce bel appartement et c’est toujours un réel plaisir d’y revenir. L’hébergement est confortable, propre, très bien situé, et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Une valeur sûre pour un séjour agréable — nous recommandons vivement !

Beautiful apartment which catered to our every need in a perfect location on the edge of Le Marais. We felt like real Parisians. Fantastic local restaurants, bars, cafes, coffee ... and croissants! Great local vintage shopping. The neighbourhood is relaxing, but all the main attractions easily accessible. Metro very close. Highly recommend!

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, propre, calme et doté d’une bonne literie. Accès rapide aux transports (place de la Nation), Métro Avron, Alexandre Dumas et aux commodités. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, que nous remercions. Je recommande vivement ce bien.

A very quiet and snug apartment in a very lively neighborhood. You're right near a bunch of restaurants and bars near Oberkampf/Parmentier but you don't hear a thing because you're in a pedestrian residential passage. I found the apartment very comfortable: the bedroom area is small but the bed was nice to sleep on. I didn't cook much but the kitchen was fully equipped, and there's various shops nearby to get provisions. Barbara was very quick and friendly in our communications, and check-in was clear and easy. Would definitely recommend, particularly for those traveling solo!

We had a fabulous three night stay at Caroline‘s place, which was only an eight minute walk from our friends’ hotel. We loved that there were so many restaurant options near us and that the canal was just around the corner. The apartment is quite small, but efficient; the bathroom is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee. We just need to carry our suitcases up the short series of steps which isn’t a problem, but it may be for others. Overall, because of the location and how compact this Airbnb was, we would recommend for Lowe’s looking to explore the day like we did.

L'appartement est plein de charme, dans un quartier très sympa dans Paris, avec pas mal de bars et de restaurants, tout en étant hyper central. L'appartement est très confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et bien dormir. Nous y avons passé un week-end entre copines, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds, car l'appartement est très central dans Paris. La communication avec Pauline était très facile et elle répond très vite à nos questions.

Very comfortable, tidy and beautiful apartment. We were able to cook good meals with the tools made available and the water pressure was good even though we were on the 5th floor. While the street down below is popular and full of life during the evening, it gets quiet in the evening. A very lovable place to be. Thanks for having us!

Pedros place is VERY clean!!!!! Its soacious and veds are comfortable. Shuttle service and very close to airport. They have a restaurant downstairs so very convenient!

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in the Le Marais neighborhood. This is a very private and quiet street with everything you could possibly want within minutes including a fabulous grocery/wine store just across the way! The entire apartment was much larger than we would normally encounter on European visits, especially the bathrooms (one with a huge shower and functioning towel warmer, the other with natural light!). Although there was too much to do in Paris to stay in the apartment long, it was such a treat to wake up to sunshine bathing us from the oversized windows. A rare find indeed. Check-in was fast and efficient, and we appreciated being met by someone who could answer our questions and help us get oriented. Whether you need two bedrooms, and an extra place to keep your suitcases stored, or three bedrooms, don’t waste your time, looking or a more comfortable and well situated apartment in this area! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour le logement est nickel et tout est à dispo. Le seul bémol concerne l’eau chaude, qui met beaucoup de temps à arriver. Cela aurait pu être compensé par un thermostat fonctionnel dans le jacuzzi, car une fois l’eau refroidie, il n’est malheureusement pas possible de réajuster la température.

Walid est un hôte très gentil et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans son logement, qui était propre et conforme au descriptif. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Belle expérience, je recommande !

On a passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb ! L'espace était impeccable et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort dont nous avions besoin. Le jacuzzi et le sauna étaient des ajouts fantastiques, parfaits pour se détendre. L'hôte était très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à s'évader et à se ressourcer. Cinq étoiles bien méritées !

Le logement de Brolin est très bien agencé, l'environnement est très calme et il y a tout à proximité. Brolin réponds dès que nous avons besoin, très réactif. Je recommande et je reviendrais si l'occasion se présent.
