The cottage is lovely with beautiful surroundings. The living room in particular is stunning. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Our eldest (11) loved the loft bedroom. Instructions from Liz were excellent and using what3words we found the cottage with no issues. The area is gorgeous and we saw lots of wildlife on the way which was great. The cottage is about an hour away from the centre of Edinburgh, so it’s ideal if you’re wanting to visit Edinburgh but stay away from the noise of a city. Thank you so much for having us, we had a great time 😀

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

Fabulous place to stay in Stonehaven, location great, apartment well presented, clean and comfortable with fantastic view of the bay. Dean is a great host providing lots of helpful information and recommendations. We appreciated the welcome pack and gift 🎁. There are lovely strolls from the apartment and also a fabulous walk to Dunnottar Castle. We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay.

First class accommodation. Cottage was spacious and spotless! Host met us at the property, showed us round and passed on lots of local recommendations. We took advantage of the Romanian wine recommendation- it was lovely!! Will definitely be back!!

Braemar Cabins are definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cozy home away from home in that area. Their location is central to town, and has off street parking with easy access to the cabins. The cabin was clean, warm and spacious - everything I wanted for my nights stay.

What an amazing place this is, we loved our stay here! Mark and James were great hosts. It was lovely to met James also, he checked if we needed anything else. One thing which really stood out is we literally had everything we needed here, they have thought of everything and anything you may require, down to the smallest things and the complimentary snacks and refreshments being such a lovely touch too. We genuinely couldn’t recommend this place anymore, we spent the evening enjoying the hot tub ,bbq and games which was lovely with the hot weather we had. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area, the area is ideal with supermarkets super close. We cannot Thank you both enough

We had a wonderful stay at Claire’s charming apartment! It was cozy, well-located, and made exploring the city on foot a breeze. Claire was an amazing host—quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We just felt right at home and comfortable in Mary's van....location was quiet and easily accessible...lovely little touches throughout...willl be back !!
