We had come over for a wedding and the cottage was perfect for our needs. It was cute, cosie and close to town and had an impressive view of the sunrise. Fiona was very helpful and a great host.

As a hen party of 17 ladies, we had a wonderful time in Caroline’s house. The house was decorated so beautifully, and her attention to detail was amazing. We were greeted with Prosecco and pastries on arrival, along with a sweets cart and some drinks in the fridge. The house is located in a quiet area but is approximately 10 minutes from Carlingford, which was ideal for the hen party. Thank you Caroline!

Uncle Noel’s Cottage is a bright and airy bungalow with lots of living space, modern kitchen and bathrooms and three decent sized bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished, perfect for a family weekend away. Siobhan was a great host, responding to our queries before arrival and dropping in to see that we had everything we needed. A real gem.

This converted barn is in a great location, just a few minutes drive from the local village (Omeath - with a great pub which is child and dog friendly!). Also well located if visiting Carlingford. The house itself has everything you need and is set in expansive gardens (perfect for our dog). Samantha & Terry are great hosts - very welcoming and we had great communication from the moment we booked. They were very accommodating for our 1.5yr old son, with highchair, travel cot and toys provided. Highly recommend their place - hope to stay again soon.

The cottage was so nice, clean and homely. Very clean and matched the photos. The just was very responsive to any questions asked. Beautiful town, very friendly locals. Beds very comfortable and clean! A small row of cottages …. But very private! …. The kids loved the beach (this beach goes on for as far as the eye can see) lots of lovely little shops in the village. This cottage is definitely a home from home and we will definitely be returning to stay in the future, thank you to the host for making our stay stress free and enjoyable. 😊

Stefan and Christina are very good hosts and quick to respond. They made sure we enjoy our stay and were flexible. The cottage is beautifully renovated maintianing its rustic feeling with a modern touch. It is also well maintained, spacious and comfortable. To add to it, the private sauna is so relaxing. The cottage is well fenced and pet friendly. The surrounding is so peaceful with a calming view

Caroline and Damian were great hosts. They put in a lot of effort to create the accommodation and the experience that comes with it. They were very warm and happy to assist with any requests. We enjoyed our weekend away and look forward to returning.

Not for minimalists, but a comfortable warm space with a lovely view out to green fields. Jim was a friendly and considerate host. Special thanks for having a record player and a Kate Bush album!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers. Fiona was helpful, friendly and respectful. The accomodation was in a quiet spot which was lovely and peaceful. As we were visiting family in Kilcock this was the perfect location. Small but perfectly formed and has everything you need. Kevin provides very clear instructions and it’s very easy to check in. Will visit again.

Norbert greeted us and was very friendly and showed us where everything was and added bonus of ingredients to make a fry up. The place was lovely and clean very comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and tumble dryer. Couple of minutes walk to pub and convinence store and about 10 min drive to town. Highly recommended staying here for peace and quiet.

Lovely accommodation. Very happy with everything. Beautiful garden with seating in a private area. Ate in the Chinese restaurant in Donabate which was very enjoyable.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

Shauna met me on arrival, and showed me around. The property was spotless, the bedroom was bigger than I expected. it was very modern, but really cosy. The location is beautiful with amazing views. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Clean apartment Fantastic host we had a few issues and he came out within 20 minutes very helpful. For us personally, it would’ve been nice to have a full length mirror and maybe some number of taxi or food menus or a bus route timetable. No wi-Fi, which was a bit of a problem if you don’t have unlimited data. If you’re there at the weekend be aware the spirit store is noisy over the weekend. Bye for all we had a very comfortable few days very homely.

Robert was present on arrival, and provided a clear explanation of how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has lovely reclining seats. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen equipment was complete and clean. There are various heaters around the place and these are easy to control. There are nice balconies in both the front and the back of the apartment. We had a great stay.

Thanks for letting us stay Rob, and lovely to meet you, we will be back, hopefully in March aswell, but definitely next fall. So peaceful in the woods, and the stars were amazing, we even saw a young badger on the track, looking forward to returning soon, Tom and P
