A beautiful farmhouse overlooking Lough Eske. We stayed for 3 nights with our extended family and it was perfect. Only 10 mins from Donegal Town, and a beautiful view of the lake, it’s a perfect location, and the house itself is very nice, the rooms were really nicely furnished and modern. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating and were really quick to respond. We would absolutely recommend this house as a gorgeous getaway and hope to visit again some time in the future!

The home was exactly as the photos. Beautifully clean. modern and there was an abundance of facilities in terms of glasses, cups cutlery, pots, pans, plates and dishes plus extra items that you have in your homes but wouldn't normally find in a self catering privision. Ample parking for two cars and outside seating area. fantastic views from kitchen windows. Handy for shops and restaurants and beach a two minute stroll away. Jillian was responsive to all our queries. I would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing and very enjoyable few days at Duffy lodge. The accommodation was just perfect it’s was spotless, had everything you needed and more eg plenty of towels, toiletries, tea/coffee. Deirdre was just amazing so friendly and accommodating and went over and beyond. She had fresh bread, milk, butter, eggs in fridge for us when we arrived. She made the most amazing scones which were absolutely delicious. We felt very at home and loved that our 2 dogs were very welcome also. We would highly recommend Duffy Lodge and will definitely be back again at some stage. Thank you Deirdre so much. Paddy, Pauline and Aisling xx

Fantastic stay in an absolutely picturesque location. Having stayed in many air bnb while traveling around the wild Atlantic way this one was one of those finds that just blew us away. The location was remote which gave total and utter peace and tranquility, although it's only a 10 minute walk to the local garage or 20 minutes down into Burtonport. Marjorie is the perfect host, just a message or call away if there's any issues (there won't be) and happy to give recommendations on local restaurants. I honestly can't recommend this stay any higher, it is perfect, and my wife and I will most definitely be booking back in for another break in the near future

A really nice, modern, warm house which is off the beaten track in beautiful Portnoo.

We stayed at Jude and Chris’ house. It was absolutely beautiful and in a great location with stunning views. Walking distance from the beach which was ideal as we had our 3 year old and 1 year old boys with us. Jude was so kind and friendly. We cannot wait to stay again.

This accommodation is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Buncrana. Buncrana seamlessly accessible by foot. Beautiful beach or heritage walks on the door step with coffee docks conveniently located near the property. House is new build, very modern, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for large groups and families. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful serene setting. Great host. We were there with our adult children so the kayaks, smart tv and hot tub were a big hit. We cooked the whole time and the kitchen has everything you need. The house is spotless, plenty of towels, well stocked throughout. Loved the neighbours dogs they’re so friendly. The neighbours are lovely too:) We had a blast! Highly recommend

Jean's place was in a great area. It was walkable to the water, multiple pubs, and many shops. The owners of the pub next door are very helpful and offer great recommendations as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and charming cottage in the heart of Donegal, Ireland, and it was an unforgettable experience. This little house is such great value for money, I don’t even know where to start it was just perfect. My 2 little girls had so much fun and loved playing games in front of the fire in evenings. And running around the totally safe and-private garden playinghide and seek. we walked to the local pub one afternoon and was also so nice sitting beside the fire. Carrickfinn beach is less than 5 minute drive and beautiful and Mullaghderg beach also very nearby another stunning beach. I loved the views out of the front of the house , just stunning! There was ample supplies left that most places don’t leave or else just enough for one night. This house provided enough of everything we needed for whole stay and more. We both agreed that the host Amanda was what made staying at this house really special. She was so kind and accommodating. Leaving lovely little treats and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is so special! Thank you Amanda! Definitely recommend

Beautifully located lakeside property. Spacious private outside area with hot tub, fire pit with amazing views over the lake. Good layout with good sized living space for 6 people. 3 good sized double rooms & en suite or bathroom next to each. Beds very comfortable. The mezzanine bedroom has screen for privacy & we took portable black out blinds which worked well, however a sleep mask is provided. Well equipped kitchen for self catering & second fridge in the utility room for drinks. Nice bottle of bubbles on arrival. Great host. Super location for exploring with easy access to many beaches & local towns. Great pub close by.

Really Enjoyed The Cotrage ,Nice & Warm,clean and a vert friendly environment...hot tub even was better 😀 relaxed area over looking The very Famous Errigal Mountain..Plenty of Restaurants,Bars,filling stations all near by 1km distance... Really enjoyed our stay so Thank you Moya & Gavin We will be back x

Had a two night stay at the cottage, found it to be very homely and spotlessly clean. We packed up on groceries and wine before we left as reading previous reviews we knew it was in a remote location. We took the walk from the garden to the beach which took around 20 minutes and was definitely worthwhile, kids loved flying their kites! Remember to pack wellies if the weather has been wet as it can be a mucky walk.. Briony and family are very friendly and welcoming and are very approachable..would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The house is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Buncrana. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely use it again when we're back in Buncrana. Thanks.
