Perfect location in a quiet complex, only across the street from Sunshine Plaza and a few minutes walk from Ocean Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was super clean, very nicely decorated and came with an enormous balcony. The pool and BBQ were free to use and the carpark was easy to find. I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the coast.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with everything exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and checkout easy. I really appreciated the pantry was stocked with essential items and fully equipped kitchen — it made cooking meals simple and convenient. The location was perfect too — right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

Jacqueline is a super host and her Unit space is truely accessible for an assisted wheelchair user. This is our second visit and she has always been a cheerful and positive sole who truely goes all out to support your stay. The onsite folder is full of information and instructions for all your indoor and outdoor comfort, activities and meals. Jacqueline also went the extra mile to find us some examples of local weekday entertainment such as Trivia Nights and Open mics. Our supported w/c companion, has very much enjoyed the indulgence of the recliner chair and the sea views from his bed. We noted some extra fun equipment too like yoga mats, pool noodles and a boogie board. Nearby Mooloolaba SLC has Beach Chairs for booking through the local council and there is 10 Pin Bowling within walking distance. The booking process was very simple and the instructions to access the key to the apartment and how to find the car parking spaces was very clear. There were two parking spaces plus Melanie let us use her trolley which made it convenient to transport our luggage up to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped with all the essentials. The master bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a laundry and dryer. Views of the Maroochy River from the balcony. Access to a large swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. A varied selection of restaurants and bars and Cotton Tree beach and shopping centre all within easy walking distance. Melanie was flexible with checkin and checkout times and was prompt with her communication. Would love to stay here again. Thanks Melanie.

We had a fantastic week-long stay here. Excellent location - 1 minute walk from all the esplanade restaurants and close to patrolled beach. Super homely and clean apartment. Host is very responsive and friendly. The fruit platter was a very lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable bed and lounge area, and the (brand new) outdoor setting ❤️ easy check-in and out process and loved having a carpark which was also easy to access.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Fantastic location and views from the deck. The resort staff are very accommodating. There are lots of activities available including electric bikes and scooters, tennis court, kayaks etc. We would definitely stay again.

K and Tom are two friendly and lovely couple. If you love surfing, the room will be perfect for you, which has beautiful decorations all about surfs. The place has convenient distances to almost all my daily needs. I like this place for sure, and highly recommend to other visitors.

The apartment was very tidy, clean and had everything we needed. All appliances were great. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and a great balcony with a beautiful view of all the lush green trees. Pool and cabanas were gorgeous and very clean and gym was awesome with lots of weights machines. We had a great time here, out of the hustle of the main busy areas. Very calm and enjoyable stay 😉

This was our second time staying at Daniel’s apartment and it was as brilliant as the first stay. The place is immaculate and is fantastically located in the gear of the Sunny Coast. We will be returning again.

Noelle was a fantastic host and really helped us out when we needed somewhere to stay near the hospital at the last minute. She was so flexible and allowed us to leave our bags all day and check out whenever we needed - thank you so much!

Absolutely gorgeous place with wow factor. Luxurious but very comfortable. Wonderful for our group of six. If there are any ‘chefs’ in your group they’ll be inspired to prepare beautiful food in the very well equipped kitchen. The weather was far from perfect while we were there but there was plenty of room for everyone to relax including a huge balcony with two great chill zones. Quality toiletries too.

We had a family break here and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for the 9 of us with lots of separate areas large and small to relax. Everyone got to enjoy kayaking and swimming in the pools and ocean. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

What a wonderful and special few days we had at The Art House. Our daughter was able to get ready for her wedding, have some gorgeous photos taken at this beautiful property before heading to the Botanical Gardens a short drive away for the ceremony. We spent a lovely couple days there after the wedding with our granddaughters who absolutely loved “relaxing” on the loft bed. The property had all we needed and more - the art was amazing and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The stay was great. Very peaceful place. The only one thing we couldn't locate was the kitchen tissue. It will be helpful if you can place some for te future guest.

Great house for a large group or 2 families like we had. Pool was good for a dip after the beach, but more a plunge than a big family affair. Good facilities in a decent house otherwise, rooftop spot is lovely for a quiet drink (and we’d rate the idea of getting one of the many local private chef’s in for a night, house is well set up for this!) Area is quiet suburban, 5 min drive to anything needed but probably not super walkable - that said, sunshine beach SLC is sensational, we drove to Noosa almost every day without a hassle, loads of shops & whatever you need is easily accessible. Kerriann was fantastic to deal with, super fast & helpful in comms.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful home, The Boardwalk is one of the hidden treasure spots on the Sunshine Coast :)

Beautiful stay for a family! We are a family of 8 and the house accommodated us well. The young kids were catered for with toys, cot, high chair, and the older kids had the pool. The location was lovely with a larger creek across the road and direct access to a very long coastal walking track (pram friendly). The house looked like as good as the photos and was extremely clean. We loved our stay!
