I am so happy that I booked Alistair's accommodation! A private guest house with a spectacular view and lovely amenities (as listed). Located near beautiful Tuscan towns, it was easy to get to and from. It was great to meet Alistair and Maria, they were so welcoming and generous. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. We wish we booked for longer!

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Paolos place was like a little part of heaven on Earth. You get the most beautiful designed and refurbished house over looking the valley. A Spicegarden with all the sources you could imagine for your food, silence, and such a good taste in how the couple have made the whole place. There are walks to take and a small beautiful “village” with houses and an old Church nearby. And we could even charge our Electric car at Paolos place whole we slept. I cannot recommen enough

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! We stayed for 4 days with our baby, and loved it so much we booked to return later in our trip! Alessio and Alessandra have created a beautiful, cosy and immaculate home. It was once a church, feels full of history and is very peaceful. They’ve added so many lovely, homely touches and it has everything you need and more. The house is in Collepino, an incredibly special hilltop village. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in, with stunning views, gorgeous houses and streets, friendly people and lovely walks from the doorstep. Alessio and Alessandra are the BEST hosts. They clearly take so much pride and enjoyment in what they do, and are extremely friendly and welcoming - we felt more like friends by the end of it! They met us on arrival, gave us lots of tips for the area, and we joined them for the Easter service in the tiny church. Thanks so much for everything and we’ll definitely be back (again)!

Posto favoloso, casa ordinata pulita e piena di cura. Tutti ingredienti per una vacanza magica

Appartenenza nel cuore di Gubbio. Ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario ma anche di più. Piccole chicche che fanno molto piacere come un contatto che spiegava molto dettagliatamente cosa avremmo trovato nell'appartamento e i biscottini di benvenuto trovati in casa. Pulizia impeccabile, tranquillità e vicinanza a tutti i luoghi di interesse raggiungibili a piedi in breve tempo. Unico piccolissimo difetto due rampe di scale da fare in quanto non c'è ascensore. Complimenti a Sara Jane, sarebbe un sogno se tutti gli host fossero come lei!

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Sono stati giorni splendidi quelli passati nello chalet di Nicolina.un modo bellissimo di ritrovarsi come coppia . Silenzioso, pulito ed estremamente romantico. Accogliente e pieno di dettagli studiato apposta per permettere agli ospiti di essere come a casa con tutto il necessario. Nicolina non è solo un host ma ama accogliere le persone nella sua casa, con il suo olio e la sua ottima crostata. Grazie Nicolina chiudere la porta e lasciare le chiavi è stato un dispiacere per noi ma torniamo presto! ❣️❣️ Alessandra e Simone

La jacuzzi sotto le stelle è stata qualcosa di magico! Un posto perfetto per staccare dal caos della città e fare un po’ di detox. Todi è vicinissima, con ristorantini super. Il camino rende l’atmosfera super accogliente. Ho portato anche la mia cagnolina ed è stata felicissima! Elisabetta, l’host, è stata super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Tornerei volentieri, tutto davvero bellissimo! Grazie!!
