THE PERFECT LOCATION and the BEST view. We were very pleased with the apartment. The view and location are even better than described. There is some street noise during the day and evening but very quiet at night.

We stayed here for five days and had a superb time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It had very good air conditioning and good self catering facilities as well. We would definitely return!

Excellent condo, very clean, well appointed, beautiful views, and comfortable with split AC units in living area and both bedrooms to keep cool at night. Very close walk to Isola Bella beach area. Close walk to funicular that takes you up to Taormina town, and restaurants are also a close walk way. Note that funicular costs $6 per person one way up to the town, and $10 roundtrip...a bit pricey for such a short ride. It is a relatively easy walk down the mountain from Taormina back to the beach area and condo though, so recommend doing that and getting a little exercise on the way down. Walkway drops you right near the condo. Parking is easy in the gated condo community, so car is in a safe area. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Taormina.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2x Doppelbett, 1x 2 Einzelbetten z.B. für Kinder) und Balkon mit Meerblick(!) in Giardini Garden, nahe Taormina. In Strandlage mit vielen Restaurants an der Uferstraße. Natürlich hört man auch mal die Autos und hupende Mopeds, aber insgesamt ist es relativ ruhig.

La nostra esperienza da Alessandra è stata davvero impeccabile. La casa era pulita e identica alle foto fornite dalla nostra host. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma la casa è comunque fresca ed arieggiata grazie alle pale situate nelle camere e il mare e in soggiorno che sono davvero funzionali. La vista dalla terrazza è impagabile, ci sono gli sdraio e il tavolo esterno per godersi a pieno la strepitosa vista sul mare e sull’Etna. La posizione è perfetta, in 45-60 minuti si arriva nei luoghi di maggior interesse; l’auto si può parcheggiare nel posto privato davanti alla casa. Alessandra è sempre stata disponibile e cortese fino al punto di farci trovare una piccola spesa. Se dovessi trovare un aspetto negativo sarebbe l’accesso al mare sotto casa, poco agibile e solo su piattaforme di sasso dove l’acqua è subito molto alta, con pochi chilometri però sono raggiungibili le spiagge limitrofe… Abbiamo portato a casa un bellissimo ricordo dei giorni passati da Alessandra.

Our early April 2025 10-day stay was great! The property was exactly as shown on the listing site. An updated, well maintained, very clean, bright, lovely place in an absolutely beautiful setting. It was an easy walk to activities, sites and restaurants in both Siracusa and Ortigia. The host was helpful and responsive. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed in 20+ years of international travel. We highly recommend it to others.

A beautiful spot, right by the sea. We had a lovely three nights in Syracuse and really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was very well-appointed with everything we needed. A great location and very clean. The little balcony was perfect too! Thanks.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Walter was great! He was super communicative and helpful, getting me whatever I needed whenever I asked. He was also super welcoming, hosting me for dinner on my second night. I extended my stay by two nights because I enjoyed my stay so much. If I ever come back to Avola, I would stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Francesca’s beach house. Every little detail has been thought of and these special touches added ease and comfort to our week long stay. We loved everything about the house from the decor to the proximity to the beach. We loved taking morning walks on the beach and seeing the pink flamingos flying overhead. Francesca was always very responsive if we had questions and went above and beyond to ensure that felt at home and had a lovely stay!

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

Kleines, aber feines Apartment, das ich gerne empfehlen kann. Francesca war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann die Stadt von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parken konnte ich umsonst auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

We spent three nights at Paolo’s place, We highly recommend it, Communication was great, the house is very clean, freshly painted, it has all you need to stay comfortably. Paolo is an exceptional host, he greeted us in person and came again upon our departure. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions about places to visit and eat. Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Marcella is a warm and responsive host. She allowed us to check in very early and her place was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

excellent séjour chez Robin. Le logement est très beau, juste en face de la mer. un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Robin est un hôte super ! Très amical, il vous fait sentir comme à la maison.

La casa de Miriam es tal y como en las fotos e incluso más grande de lo que parece. El lugar está perfectamente ubicado para conocer ortigia y cerca de los bares y su pequeña playa. El equipamiento del departamento es muchísimo más completo respecto a los usuales airbnb y de hecho hasta tenía juguetes y un regalo para mi hijo. Miriam es súper atenta y agradable, haciendo que la comunicación con ella sea algo placentero. Claramente será nuestro lugar de apoyo en las escapadas a ortigia. Gracias Miriam!

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

We loved our stay at Maria Theresa’s place! The apartment was lovely, and Maria Theresa was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the restaurant just below the apartment, which made it a bit noisy until around midnight. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

Het appartement ligt vlak bij zee en kijkt uit op een prachtige binnentuin. Ideaal rustpunt om bij te komen van het drukke stadsleven van Siracusa. Appartement zeer schoon en goed om te verblijven voor meerdere dagen. Host reageert snel en alert op eventuele vragen of opmerkingen. Kotom dit verblijf is zeer aan te bevelen.
