We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Unterkunft von Paolo und Alessia! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben und sogar noch besser. Da wir unsere Flitterwochen gefeiert haben, haben die beiden die Wohnung liebevoll und romantisch für uns dekoriert – eine wunderschöne Überraschung! Die Lage war ideal, die Wohnung super sauber und gemütlich, und Paolo und Alessia waren die perfekten Gastgeber: herzlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu helfen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Logement idéal pour être au calme durant la periode hors saison. Magnifique emplacement, et la vallée était super belle. Possibilité de randonner, d'aller à la plage. Magasins à 15 min en voitute mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous. Le jardin était clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit chien. Les voisins étaient très gentils. L'hôte est très présent et réponds à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cet emplacement.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Die alleinstehende Villa liegt direkt am Strand und hat damit eine großartige Lage. Der Blick aufs Meer jeden Morgen war überragend. Der Strandabschnitt direkt vor dem Haus ist sauber und ruhig. Der Empfang durch Laura, Marcos Mutter, war sehr herzlich und einladend (sardische Süßigkeiten, Sekt und Eis als Willkommensgruß). Die Kommunikation mit Marco und Laura war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Ausstattung und die Räumlichkeiten haben die Beschreibung und die Bilder in der Anzeige eher übertroffen. Die Gartenmöbel wurden z.B. erneuert und die Räume sind heller und freundlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet: ein Kajak, Liegen für den Garten, eine warme Außendusche, die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - nur eine Geschirrspülmaschine haben wir etwas vermisst. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen (2 Kindern) und haben in der Unterkunft gut Platz gefunden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Es war sehr schön bei Ekaterina. Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie daheim zu fühlen. Wir konnten dort kochen und auf der schönen Terrasse relaxen. Der 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand nach oben zum Haus war zwar anstrengend, aber dafür macht man ein wenig Sport und bleibt fit :) (Übrigens, wenn man auf dem schnellsten Weg zum Strand will, dann kann man unter der Brücke durchlaufen.)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend. Die Terasse ist groß und bietet viel Platz, um auch bei Regen mal draußen zu sein (wir waren im Oktober dort). Drumherum sind viele andere Ferienhäuser, im Oktober war aber fast nichts los. Allerdings wird unweit noch eine weitere Siedlung gebaut, sodass wir an einigen Tagen Baustellenlärm hatten. Das wird sich aber natürlich ändern, wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, oder am nahen Strand waren, war es nicht so schlimm. Der Strand ist 500m entfernt und echt schön, feiner Sand, geht flach rein: gut mit Kindern. Es gibt außerdem ein Bar-Restaurant am Strand, super! Ein paar Meter vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit dem Nötigsten. Sehr hilfreich. Der nächste auch eher kleine Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen. Grazie!

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Emanuele est super sympa et toujours disponible. Nous avons apprécié les vacances. Le logement est super bien. Les commerces sont à proximité directs et le centre est animé. Nous y retournerons.

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Ho soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento nel cuore di Cagliari e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza positiva! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal quartiere storico di Castello. L'alloggio è accogliente, pulito e arredato con gusto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ideale per preparare pasti. E, nonostante la posizione centrale, di notte c'è un silenzio sorprendente che permette di riposare benissimo. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile, rendendosi disponibile a fornirci consigli sui migliori ristoranti della zona e sulle spiagge più belle da visitare nei dintorni. Da qui abbiamo potuto esplorare facilmente tutta la città a piedi, godendoci l'atmosfera unica dei vicoli storici e delle piazze animate. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere la vera essenza di Cagliari!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Unterkunft wie beschrieben vorgefunden und mit ordentlichem Grundstock ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Tee und Waschmittel/Spültabs sowie Shampoo und Sonnencreme. Tolle ruhige Lage in Strand-Nähe. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus weiter :-)

Had a great time , the apartment was in a great location close to shops ,sites and restaurants .l would definitely recommend staying here to explore Cagliari and the beautiful island of Sardinia. Fiona

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht (einschließlich Öl, Essig, Salz Pfeffer, Lappen, Spülmittel usw.)! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dieser tollen Wohnung gleich Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles neu. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, denn die Wohnung und der Ort Villasimius mit seinen tollen Stränden haben uns sehr gefallen. Danke an die tollen Gastgeber!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Anna. Rustige plek met een fijn terras. Met aandacht ingericht. Goed ingerichte keuken, tv en Netflix. Er zijn prachtige stranden in de buurt, het stadje is gezellig om doorheen te lopen, een ijsje te eten of een drankje te drinken. We hebben de goede tips van Anna gevolgd voor restaurants. Auto ter beschikking hebben is wel handig en kon gratis voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Graag tot een volgende keer !
