I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. We had a wonderful time staying at Shayla‘s place! This truly was a respite for us after our days at Disney. It was only 15 to 20 minutes away from the parks! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was beautiful to look at. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the backyard. Overall, the home was perfect for us. The only thing I would like to mention for future guests is to bring flat sheets if you like those on your beds. We just had a Walmart grocery delivery order delivered (right to the front porch) and purchased them for our stay.

We had a delightful stay at Sue’s place. Right in the heart of town, with easy access to beaches, Main Street, and all the highlights of Seal Beach. Bedrooms were as-described and comfortable. The great room on the second floor is large, light and bright, with a nice “living room” sitting area with two facing couches adjacent to a “dining room” with a full-sized dining table. The kitchen is beautiful, large and very well-equipped — we hosted guests on several occasions and loved the setup for cooking and serving. Yes, the beach is a 3 minute walk, but having your own pool and small yard for sunbathing is the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic beach-getaway! Richard was so fun and friendly when we checked in, and we felt right at home. The home was gorgeous and just yards away from the beach, and had a beautiful patio for relaxing in the sunshine. We hope to come back soon for another trip!

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We stayed for two nights at the adorable Golden Ave bungalow leading up to our first cruise on the Pacific side and our first time in Long Beach. We picked the bungalow because of its location to the cruise port and I love the character of 1950’s style homes. The California king in the bedroom was a nice surprise and comfortable! I also loved the shower and all the amenities. One day we walked over to the Potholder Cafe then from there to the Aquarium. To address a negative review, yes you can hear your surrounding neighbors at times during the day when they are outside but also keep in mind the house is older so insulation was diff then.

The house was super cute with a huge yard for the puppies. Very nice

Loved staying here in Downey , mark was very respectful and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would stay again !

Judy was a great host. She communicated very well. She provided us with a lot of resources of things to do in the area. Even when she had work getting done at the house, you proactively reached out to us and let us know and I also did not interrupt the trip. Lastly, she cooked eggrolls for the family if you’re staying in the Anaheim area and you have children, I will definitely recommend June’s place especially for a kid friendly Airbnb.

Das schöne und gemütliche Strandhaus mit zwei Doppelbetten und zusätzlich einem Etagenbett war perfekt für unsere Familie. Ein besonderes Plus war die ruhige Lage wenige Gehminuten vom Strand in Long Beach. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Great communication, amazing house with lots of space. Massive garage, well equipped kitchen, the highlight was the community pool (we had this to ourselves most days). Would definitely stay again. Thanks

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

what a beautiful home. Spacious and clean. Great amenities. Pots pans dishes. BarBQue pit, crock pot. Fridge had a ice maker. It was great we will definitely rent again. Thank you so much for a great home and being a great host.

We are so happy to have come across Joseph’s place! It is a lovely and spacious home in a great neighborhood. Central to many activities and restaurants. There were no issues to note. Everything went smoothly. Host communication was excellent. Thank you for hosting us!

This was my second time staying at Ashai's property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Ashai is an incredible host who is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend anyone vacationing to Long Beach to stay in this house. The location is perfect, about 2-3 miles from the beach and it feels very private considering it is in a neighborhood. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We absolutely loved it there! We were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation where we would feel at ease and comfortable and this place absolutely nailed it! And the place was so beautifully furnished and decorated. Also we had enough space, since the place had a big living / dining room and kitchen.

We loved everything about our stay! Location,comfort, and had the pleasure of meeting the home owner and he was wonderful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey get away with relaxing stay! The bed I. Master was better then the heavenly beds at Westin lol 😂 we will be back!!!
