Clean, quiet, spacious, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t get to truly enjoy everything that was offered, but there were nice amenities like a coffee bar. The space was comfortable.

We stayed here for our wedding next door at Jackson Terminal and could not have imagined a better home base for the weekend. It was clean, spacious, bright, and very comfortable - not to mention extremely convenient to the venue and other events we had downtown throughout the weekend. It was also very accessible being on the ground level, with just two steps between the entry of the apartment and the living room space. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Downtown Knoxville!

We so enjoyed our stay. The suite was decorated beautifully and had everything furnished that you could think of. Everything modern and extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet and private. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

It was our third time there, and we hope to stay there every time we visit Knoxville. The house is very clean and private. It feels like home.

James cabin/ house is very cute. We had a pleasant stay and we had everything we needed. James was kind to prepare everything for our dog even if we didn’t come with us as planned. The only thing i would turn off the outdoor lights on the roof by 11 pm maybe, very disturbing for a dark sleeper like me. Otherweise i will certainly consider booking again with James.!

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

We have an amazing time with our daughter and son in law. The house is so cozy and the beds are incredibly comfortable! We would recommend to anyone and will be back! If you are going sight seeing, to the casinos or even just want to relax…this is the place.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Between busy work and grad school schedules, it can often be difficult for my husband and I to find time to relax and unwind. As soon as we stumbled across Ken's place though, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for! The quiet and secluded place created the perfect atmosphere for a rejuvenating weekend getaway. We were easily able to turn our phones off, and tune into the nature surrounding us on every side. We slept to the sounds of the waterfalls at night and sat outside to soak in the sunshine and beautiful scenery during the day. This property was truly one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed, and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you, Ken!!

This was our second stay at Blackthorn Farm and our first time at the High House—it was perfect. Sharon and Seth are the kindest, most knowledgeable hosts, always happy to share about the farm. The food, as always, was unbelievably fresh and delicious. Visiting during lambing season made it even more special—we loved seeing all the baby lambs. And the highlight of the High House? Mr. Gray, the sweetest cat, who greeted us each morning and kept us company on the porch as we watched the sheep graze. Peaceful, beautiful, and full of charm—this farm is truly a gem. We can’t wait to return!

Nick is an outstanding host, communicates often and makes it easy to stay. The condo unit is very nice, both in decoration and in amenities. The location of Nick's place is great - walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and other shopping - and easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for plenty of hiking and sightseeing. I highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful! Exactly as described. They communicated very well and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The pool, playground, and screened in “playground area” was really nice extras to have. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

The condo was so charming and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We walked to campus and to market square. We will definitely stay again when visiting our boys at UTK.
