we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

Natalie and Colin were excellent hosts. Their house is very comfortable; they are very welcoming; and they were helpful responding to our queries. The house is located a short and pleasant walk from a stunning beach. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location with great cafe across the road, playground next door and the village shops around the corner. Place was nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Donna was v responsive and provided great suggestions of places to visit.

Mon’s Dolls house is a super home away from home. It had all the amenities you could desire while on holiday. The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality bed linen. The second bedroom had lovely toys that kept my granddaughter busy when she visited us. The garden was a lovely setting for many family barbecues. Lilly our moodle loved the garden & the provided dog toys. Would highly recommended Mon’s Dolls House both for value for money & as a great location for Newcastles beaches, Restaurants and walks. Can’t wait to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! This accommodation is truly very family and pet friendly, making it a relaxing getaway for everyone. The house itself is beautiful, and we were so impressed with how very clean and fresh everything felt. The lovely location close to the beaches was a real bonus, allowing for easy trips to the coast. On top of all that, the host's amazing communication was outstanding – they replied within 10 minutes every time we had a question. We will be coming back asap! Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Very cosy comfy bed in a quiet location, good central area for getting around. Close to black butt reserve which was really nice for walking. Very friendly nice host and very clean. Loved it , couldn't fault in anyway.

Our stay at Karen's property was fabulous, just the right peaceful mini break that we so needed. The whole property is beautiful, peaceful, and well looked after, you can even have a few shots of golf. We all loved the pool such a nice added Bonus, we were there every day after going to the beach (or even before some days haha), it's lovely at night with the lights. The guest house is exactly as per the photos in the ad, actually, it feels a bigger space than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked to do some cooking if needed. Our 8 yo boy loved spending time with Zoey (their dog), who is just gorgeous and has such a lovely nature, he also really enjoyed being in charge of feeding the chickens and checking for eggs :-). Karen and Richard are lovely hosts, super accommodating and friendly but also respectful of your privacy, the perfect balance. It was a lovely stay and we hope we can be back soon, our son has already asked when we can go back. Thanks again Karen and Richard :-)

Fantastic property with thoughtful hosts; a wonderful choice for families and kids of all ages. Well maintained amenities and attention to detail made our stay with extended family a delight. The heated pool was a hit - even when it rained - and it was easy to get in and out safely for both the toddler and senior in our group. The wood fire pizza oven is definitely worth cranking for dinner or just to hang in the mini-amphitheatre. The playhouse, car and trampoline kept our little one very entertained. Every room was immaculate and beautifully designed. We were even treated to some local produce courtesy of our host - thanks Lauren! A magical location and very peaceful. Just 10 minutes walk to town and if you’re up for exploring, follow the ‘secret’ track to Wreck beach via the bushland at the rear of the garden. Highly recommend.

It was great to find a spot that was truly dog-friendly—our dogs felt right at home. The backyard was secure, and there were lovely walks nearby. Wonderful accommodation. clean and spacious. Very quiet as off main roads, and reserve across the road was perfect for my pups. Aside from the rain, had a wonderful mini break. Internet issues need some work, but appreciate the general area is a little touchy with service.

We had another lovely & relaxing holiday at Yang’s. Yang was always helpful, quick to reply & made it all so easy. We really appreciated all the extras included in her lovely home. See you next time!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Loft Corlette. Such a bonus to be able to take our fur baby with us. The Loft was beautifully styled, open plan living with everything we needed. Cosy and comfortable! The design and style is very fitting to the location. Super close to the beach and only minutes to the shops. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous seaside home with my family.

John was very friendly and responsive. He advised local restaurants to us as well. We and our cats loved the place. We will be back.

The location is super close to beach and restaurants, the suburb is quiet we all like it. My furry friend also loves the beautiful yard. We will definitely book this wonderful spot again if we back to Shoal Bay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hannah. The home was large and comfortable with everything we needed for our week away. The quiet street is only moments from the beach and coastal walks, and also an easy drive into Nelson, Shoal and Fingal Bays.

Had a great stay at David and Luke's house at Tea Gardens. The house was super clean and tidy, comfortable and with all amenities you need for your stay. Walking distance to all that the Tea Gardens has to offer and a short drive to the beaches was just what we were after. The fact that our pooch was catered for as well was also a bonous.
