Fantastic location and view. The property was very clean and well set up. Great for simply enjoying the immediate surroundings as well as a base for exploring the wider area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House! Location, location, location is what it was all about, just stunning! Great outdoor and indoor space for all of the family. We all enjoyed the sauna and it was just a pity that the hot tub was not in use, but it did not spoil anything. The only thing to be mindful of is the shortage of hot water when taking a shower, which i think has been mentioned in previous reviews. However, overall it's the most amazing location and house for a break in West Cork and we really hope we will be back one summer in the future!

De plek is fantastisch. Wij hebben alleen het grote huis gebruikt, maar er kunnen makkelijk nog vier mensen yerecht. Zicht op zee vanuit een heerlijke serre over 200 meter tuin, aflopend naar de kust, waar nog een heerlijk plekje is om de avondzon te zien ondergaan. prachtig aardewerk in de complete keuken. wel enige lenigheid vereist om in bed te klimmen. Het ligt tussen Adrigole en Glengarriff. het is een sfeervol huis met wat ouderwetse meubels. Wij houden daarvan.

We stayed in one of the Bell tents on (very) short notice and Matt was very helpful and friendly. The tent was bigger than we expected and absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was perfect for our short stay. Matt was also very helpful giving us a recommendation for the Fastnet Bar for food. After seeing the full location I would absolutely recommend to everyone and would definitely return to stay in one of the GeoDomes or EcoCabins!

Brilliant few days in Arti’s. The place is so peaceful and quiet with amazing views. While you need a car to get them, there are lots of nice amenities to drive to close by, but the real draw is the ability to go off grid for a few days in beautiful surroundings. Arti is also a super responsive and helpful host. Enjoy!

What a beautiful place, and what a view! We definitely didn’t stay long enough and if they’ll have us back, we’d like to stay longer next time. Martin & Claire were fantastic hosts and made my family feel so welcome. I really appreciate all the efforts they went to for us and we really loved our stay. Wir durften für 14 Tage Gäste in Annes wunderbarem Häuschen sein. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig und sucht selbst in Irland seinesgleichen! Umgeben von wilder Natur, einer wunderbaren Küste und absoluter Ruhe. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Anne und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und wir konnten ums wirklich gut entspannen. Sollten wir wieder einmal Urlaub auf der Beara Halbinsel machen, wissen wir wo wir wohnen werden!

Admiral House was the perfect spot for family getaway on beautiful Bere Island. The house was clean and had every amenity needed including a stroller and high chair for a toddler. Lots to explore on the island and there are 2 local ferries for day trips to Beara Peninsula. The host and her grandma were so kind dropping off Irish bread and a quiche. All in all a lovely visit would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing time.

Bernie's Rest is one of those rare finds that you hesitate to review—not because it doesn't deserve it, but because it so deserves it that you're tempted to keep it a secret. From the moment we arrived, Dominic and Gráinne made us feel completely at home, striking the perfect balance of warm hospitality and genuine care. The cottage itself is a beautifully converted haven perched right on the water’s edge, where nature truly wraps around you. From birds feeding their young to the cheerful cluck of the most charming, friendly chickens you’ll ever meet, the whole setting brings a deep sense of peace and joy. Inside, the home is perfect, a fully equipped kitchen, a fantastic shower, cozy and stylish living area with strong WiFi and a great TV, and the kind of bed that makes you want to sleep in, just a little bit longer. Whether you're doing nothing, or setting out to explore the wild beauty of Loop Head, this place is a couple’s dream getaway. We will be back, thanks Gràinne & Dominic.

Aimee was such a welcoming presence during our stay! She offered us homemade food and even brought extra bread! She did our laundry and returned it to us folded! She also opened up her land for us to go exploring! The boathouse itself was very clean and functional! The fireplace and books/games provided a cozy atmosphere making it the perfect getaway. Our boathouse was frequented by plenty of birds chirping outside the window and a very sweet cat. This was such a quiet escape compared to the big city. We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend this place to anyone else who is visiting Ireland.

Nice place, views are amazing. It’s not as private as the photos suggest, it’s attached to another house/apartment, but it’s still lovely. Needs an extractor fan, we set off the smoke alarm twice with some light cooking. The apartment is spotless, modern, warm and comfortable. The area is quiet and the beach at the end of the lane is 10/10

Fabulous place, very clean, spacious and a beautiful view to the harbour! Amazing host, who considered everything we might require, including local tourist suggestions and a hamper of goodies, toiletries and condiments. Highly recommended

We wanted to experience an Ireland that has long gone, the cottage itself may be two hundred years old, and the fifth century history of Ardmore, it all lets you feel that you have escaped from it all and found a place of calm and tranquility. A wood burner, filling the evening with the tang of smoke and warming your feet, a kitchen with enough to feed a family and a warm bed at the end of the night. It was cold over New Year’s Eve, and I wish I’d brought some slippers, but going out for wood in the star light, the sound of the waves crashing only 50m away, and we were lucky enough to also catch a glimpse of the aurora borealis, it all added up to an amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back.

We really, really loved our stay in Dunworly. It was absolutely stunning. We definitely learned the way of the windy, narrow roads and felt like pros by the end. The beach was easily the most amazing view we have ever seen. We really enjoyed the quick walk to it and went every morning. We quickly adapted to the drive to the restaurants and shops in Timoleague, Bandon, and Clonakilty. Our favorite restaurant was in Bandon - Copper Grove - it was incredible! We loved the small towns and getting that “locals” feel. Our time at Tommy’s Beach House was easily the highlight of our trip. Thank you for making our trip from New Orleans wonderful!

La maison de John est superbe. Tout y est prévu pour que vous vous sentiez à l’aise dans une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. Le site est vraiment exceptionnel. D’un calme et d’une beauté incroyables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La cheminée est un super plus ! Nous avons profité de tous les avantages de la maison, sauna et balnéothérapie, c’était vraiment très appréciable. Tomas, le concierge, était vraiment super sympathique, disponible et utile pour nous conseiller sur les atouts de la péninsule de Beara et les restaurants. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir rapidement chez John ! Nous recommandons +++++++ sa belle demeure ! Merci !

We loved ever second of our stay here. Perfect for a big family/group holiday.. the house was spotless, spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a gorgeous welcome basket waiting for us with bubbly, cheeses, chocolate, coffee, etc. - a very nice touch that was much appreciated! Beautiful outdoor area with brand new bbq and seats, over looking amazing views of the sea. Sitting room was very cosy with stove which was used most nights! All bedrooms were very comfortable and showers were 10/10. There was very much a luxurious feel to the place with a lot of attention to detail - like great quality towels and linen, diffusers, etc.! Location wise , 5-10 mins from ballydehob- ideal for coffees in the AM, and 10 mins from Schull with nice lunch spots and pub! We can’t wait to come back! Exceeded our expectations! A truly memorable stay! Not many can say they were the Keeper’s of the Lighthouse for a few nights…the views were stunning and the house is beautifully updated with modern comforts. Saoirse’s list of recommendations worked out well for us and we enjoyed a couple of local restaurants and pubs. We had a lovely time and would definitely return and stay longer.

We loved our holiday at Eimear and Eoin's home! It was a lovely place to spend Easter and celebrate our daughter's birthday. The home is perfectly located on the water and had everything we needed. They were very responsive to any inquiries and helpful with any questions. The layout of the house is great for a family with plenty of space and spectacular views. We can't wait to return.

A beautiful spacious home steps away from a gorgeous coastline. We had everything we needed for our family of five. Or grandson loved throwing stones in the bay! Lovely sunsets over Inch Strand. Enjoyable walk to the local coffee shop and pub/restaurant. Most of Kerry’s attraction are within a short drive. We loved it here. Perfect week of weather too!

We stayed in Dave’s home for 3 nights but wanted to stay forever. The home is well equipped, cosy, cool artwork and loads of records to listen to. The mature garden is stunning to relax in and look over the ocean. Down the end of the garden is steps to the beach where we spent the whole weekend swimming and kayaking - absolute heaven! We brought a kayak but there was even one for us to use at the house! It’s literally beside a lovely little pub and a few minutes walk from a restaurant (the mussels are so fresh and tasty!). We enjoyed every minute and Dave was a fantastic host. Thanks! Robin & Danny

We had a most comforatable and enjoyable stay at Robert's Anchorage home. It was very well equipped, lovely location and thoughtfully presented. Robert's instructions were timely, clear and helpful.

An elegant house in a truly beautiful location. Our whole family (toddlers to grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lough Hyne. Tim, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responsive to any requests. Missing it already and definitely would stay there again another year!
