Great location. Close to everything. This is a place, property and location that I would actually choose to live. Quiet, close to so many amenities, comfy, safe and felt like home. I’d definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. I really was impressed by the occasional food trucks on property for all to enjoy when you just didn’t feel like cooking or waiting on delivery.

due to the hurricane wasnt able to stay here because the power outages but host was super helpful with updates and keeping me posted...will def stay here when i return

I booked this space to have a peace of mind. It gave beyond that! It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Very spacy and relaxing for my feminine energy to flourish. The hosts were very informative with the check in and answered quickly. The space has a lot of natural light, which I loved. I love the keypad system on the door and how it locks automatically when closed. Everything about to space was cute! The only thing is, it’s easy to hear neighbors and the kitchen light was out. There is a 2 car driveway, but I couldn’t use it because one of the tenants took up the whole driveway. Some of the lightbulbs were out in the unit. Other than that I will definitely book again! 💕✨

I spent about 45 days at Steven’s studio. it was an unforgettable time. The place was very clean, a lot of space for family to enjoy. The only issue that I had was with the internet because the internet was very slow, which I mentioned to Steven. They will take action to solve it. Overall, I had a great experience at the hosts house and they are very nice and welcoming people as well. I will recommend the place for anyone who wants to go to Spring area in Houston.

A wonderful place on the lake! Great view, comfortable inside. I stayed here twice, for a month in the fall and 3 months in the Winter. I recommend it highly!

She was very responsive to all of my questions and everything went smoothly. The space was clean and quiet and easy to find. I would definitely stay again when Im in the area.

This comfortable, clean unit was perfect for our stay to attend a nearby wedding. So close to Margaritaville where after wedding festivities took place. We had more room and saved money by staying here.

5-star stay! Micca was an absolute rockstar! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was perfectly suited for my husband and me, and the amenities were great. Given our long 7+ hour drive, she graciously allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver. And considering we'd competed the day before, she kindly offered a late check-out, giving us time to rest. Highly recommend!

This is my new favorite Airbnb! It is warm, cozy, and you feel right at home. It is fully stocked with the basic necessities which is extremely rare for an Airbnb. The owners were very responsive to my questions which is always nice and were very accommodating! The location is perfect too! It’s no more than a 20 minute drive to get to downtown and fun activities and less than 5 minutes to get to a grocery store. 10/10 would definitely book again!

Incluso tiene amenidades adicionales como cepillos de dientes y toallas extras! Wow Tiene lavadora y aire acondicionado. Maravilloso

Laura was very helpful with anything we needed, the property is so beautiful and peaceful and we loved every minute of our stay!

At first I had issues finding the apartment because the instructions were said it was towards exit gate but not by the front gate or leasing office but then I found the place after walking around the whole apartments.. communication could have been better but automatic messages were a bit annoying but other then that 10/10 and I would definitely book again☺️ It was peaceful and clean and I wish I could get into that pool but I came on a cleaning day! Thanks for also allowing me to come and get things I left. Will recommend to my friends when InTown.

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

the spot was everything me and my girlfriend were looking for. the setup was very clean and very romantic. the hot tube was a great feature however we did struggle with the jet system we would press the button and it would work but turning it off took a few tries with the button other then that everything was amazing and we would honesty stay again when we come out for Houston the smart tv was also a great plus and the shower as well. definiy a good spot for couples!
