We were so much more than pleased with everything about this warm, welcoming and beautiful home. It was perfect for our friends gathering. Keith was very accommodating and very responsive. The area is close to so many different attractions. I would highly recommend staying here

What a fabulous house! The inside is absolutely perfect—cozy, clean, updated—and the yard is terrific. It felt like a luxurious weekend away. The location is great, too. We played golf at Shennecosset (one of the best municipal courses I’ve ever played) and enjoyed the short ride to Mohegan Sun. And if that weren’t enough, Jennifer and Erich were THE best possible hosts—friendly, attentive, and kind. You can’t beat this place!

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

I stayed here for a weekend and I wished I would have stayed longer. Perfect spot for a getaway and relaxation. Olga was a really caring and warm host, super attentive at all time, always saved some food for us when she cooked. The house was clean, organized, with natural lighting everywhere surrounded by a beautiful garden and a river with ducks and a swan. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to relax, have a weekend to themselves and enjoy nature.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! Place was nice and comfy and he was very responsive.

There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to have a decent shower while you are on vacation. That was absolutely not the case here. The hot water and water pressure in both bathrooms was exceptional. This is a great place in a great area. We will definitely try to get back here.

The Villa was beautiful, very clean + stocked with all the basic amenities you need. I would definitely go back. only 1 mile to Mohegan Sun so location was great as well. Erin, the owner responded to any questions I had immediately and was super easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Amazing stay!! Beautiful home, clean, had everything we needed. Quiet place as well!! Only thing the heated outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay, but everything else was perfect! Will definitely be staying again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was well decorated, clean, and cozy. It had such a relaxing vibe, I wish we had more time there. It was close to the casino and walking distance to the spa. It was great qetaway. The host also went out of the way to add personal touches.

This villa is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Though in a condo complex, the villa itself felt private. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, which has a jacuzzi and pool (open in summers), and the Norwich Inn. We did not get to go to the clubhouse, but the Inn had a great spa and restaurants. The villa is also a 5 minute drive from Mohegan Sun and is accessible via Uber. The fireplace made the villa very cozy. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Azul! The home is beautifully decorated with a calming, relaxing vibe—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything was spotless, and the thoughtful, homey touches made us feel right at home. It was the ideal retreat for some much-needed relaxation. We also loved the nearby Norwich Spa, where we enjoyed fantastic spa services, and the area has so many great restaurants and entertainment options, especially at Mohegan Sun Casino. There was always something fun to do! Jen was a fantastic host-communicative, helpful, and so welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommend Villa Azul for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!
