We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Mary’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing relaxing and welcoming accommodations that made it so easy for us to settle in and unwind. The space was spotless, beautifully prepared, and had all the little touches that showed how much she cares about her guests’ comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mary’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Thank you, Mary, for an outstanding experience!

J'ai adoré mon séjour chez Barbara. Elle est très amical et malgré mon niveau d'anglais elle a fait l'effort de me comprendre et de prendre son temps pour me parler. Sinon les environs de Sligo sont juste magnifique et les gens d'ici sont adorables.

Perfect for a solo traveller who wants something better than a hostel. Ruth quickly shows you around the house and then you can go to your private room if you want to - or stay and chat with Ruth, and she'll give you tips of the surrounding area - such a lovely irish lady. Highly recommended!

An amazing place with nice view. We enjoyed the place.

The amazing view of the ocean in one direction and of Achill Island’s hills and grazing sheep in the other made for a particularly memorable stay at Mary’s place. The studio is spacious and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and we loved all the healthy breakfast choices Mary left us too. Even though we entered the studio thru the main house, we always felt a sense of privacy and comfort during our entire stay. Mary and her husband are wonderful hosts and their studio provided us with a comfy home base from which to explore all that Achill Island has to offer.

Absolutely recommend Nora’s place. We felt very much at home and Nora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s a lovely house, just down the road from the sea and great pubs. Nora gave us a lovely breakfast and good tips for the local area.

Our stay at Sheila’s was simply perfect! The semi detached is clean and comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped, and the location is ideal for exploring the region. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes' walk from Loughrea town center. Regarding the kitchen, we were impressed by how well-equipped it was. Since we enjoy cooking, having access to such utensils, appliances, and a well-stocked pantry/fridge was just great! It made preparing meals not only easy but a fun part of my trip. Communication with Sheila is exemplary. Sheila was quick to respond to any questions we had. Considering the possibility of a strike or lockout by our airline company (Air Canada), we decided to shorten our trip to Ireland by 2 days. Sheila was very understanding and offered to reimburse us for the last days of our accommodation before we even asked. We are very grateful! Many thanks to her!

Excellent rooms and location

Only a short stay but a truly lovely experience. The unit was spacious, comfortable, quiet and beautifully presented. The generosity of the breakfast that was provided was amazing - and delicious! Highly recommend Jan and Sandy New Zealand

Good-medium value for a clean, quiet place. We spent 3 nights. Very walkable town and great restaurant and cafe choices, petrol, coffee, grocery, etc. Great water pressure, tea kettle and supplies, and a nice touch of milk and water in small fridge. Large bed with the topper was a bit sunken toward each other for 2 adults ( 165, 210 pounds, not obese) and the single bed in the same room is very firm (could use a topper). My husband simply took the small bed and all is well. Safe surroundings. No pub noise at all. Parking was no problem. Cute place. Enjoy.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Mark was a brilliant host with great communication from start to finish. The apartment is in a private complex and absolutely perfect. All the essentials were provided which was great and everywhere was lovely and clean. Huge balcony area with lovely views. Bonus for us was that it was pet friendly too. Private secure parking and you are so close to plenty of shops, restaurants and take aways. Aldi and Tesco nearby too. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay.

Dympna house it’s a very beautiful house ,close to shops and restaurants,everything you need it’s just 1 min away .Thank you Dympna we have such a good time in Sligo and in your house.

This is such a great spot! Lovely, homey spot in a 200 year old building above a health food store. It feels a bit like going back in time. The little wood fired stove was super cozy. Linda was great to talk to and served me coffee and pastries in the morning. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed 1 night at Ora's place before visiting Cliffs of Moher the following day. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well furnished. To our surprise, the fridge had some fruit, yogurt, and granola which was great for breakfast. It was great to drink coffee in the morning and appreciate the wonderful view. The bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Linda. Elle est une hôte incroyablement chaleureuse, et je me suis senti comme chez moi dès mon arrivée. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec soin et très paisible. J’ai rarement aussi bien dormi. Après une journée entière de randonnée, prendre un bain relaxant était un vrai moment de bonheur. Tout est impeccable, très propre et aménagé avec goût. L’emplacement est facile à trouver et proche du centre-ville. Les deux petits chiens sont adorables et très affectueux, un vrai plus pour les amoureux des animaux. Linda est de loin la meilleure hôte que j’ai rencontrée. C’est une belle personne, et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Lorraine went above and byond. She was super helpful and friendly, allowing me to leave my bags before check in time. The room was comfortable, quiet and safe, and her house was just a couple of blocks away from Eyre Square in Galway. She made homemade scones for breakfast, too!

Eileen and Desmond’s place is centrally located to the town and easily walkable. We were there for St Patrick’s Day and a really great experience! Desmond welcomed us with warmth and showed us around the place. He offered any assistance we might need. The breakfasts are fantastic and quite filling. Barbara, their helper, was fun and full of good information. We checked out earlier and Desmond had our breakfast ready for us before we departed. He took time to show us more of the family photos and made our stay over the top. 10 stars Desmond!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Harry, Marys Mann, begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse und wir konnten bei Kaffee und Tee draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Tisch schön gedeckt. Beide Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr nett unterhalten. Schade war nur die Nähe zur Motorway. Es war nötig, die Fenster zu schließen. Dann war der Schlaf nicht gestört. Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns bei Mary und Harry

Sa maison est magnifique et notre chambre et salle de bain étaient très confortables et extrêmement propres avec une belle vue sur l’extérieur . Le petit déjeuner était excellent et généreux .
