Perfect spot to stay for a fishing trip to OH Ivie. Kerry was easy to communicate with and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and only a minute or two from the launch ramp. Will definitely stay here again!!

My husband was quite impressed with everything she had supplied. It was the perfect get-a-way for my men for their fishing tournament!

Jennifer was helpful and courteous when we communicated. The house is easy to find and exactly what we needed on our way home from a long trip. The kids loved the place. The only downside was the road work keeping us from the great little park across the highway. We would like to stay here again next time we travel.

For someone going to Lake Ivie to fish, the location can’t be beat. Close to the boat ramp and marina…Elm Creek. Personally, the facility would be perfect if it had one more bedroom but I knew what I was getting. Me and my son slept comfortably in the king size bed and my brother used the rollaway. If you are pulling a boat, the covered drive through porch is ideal. It has great lighting and electrical outlets for charging. Very peaceful and quiet. Thanks for the stay!

I was car camping and needed a last minute place to stay. Brenda responded quickly and was ready when I arrived. The instructions were clear to find my camping area. Brenda was so friendly and made me feel welcome and right at home. I absolutely loved my stay!

Perfect place for us. Remote and so quiet. We came to fish OHIvie. Cabin was cozy and cute. Everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. We grilled burgers and enjoyed the stars at night. Weather was great. Beautiful views. And the fishing was amazing. No stores around so bring everything unless you wanna take a ride to find a Walmart. LOL. Jennifer is super friendly and quick to respond. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Everything was in order and very clean enjoyed stay, also anything we needed our host was punctual. web enjoyed our stay at Chapparel Ranch. we will be coming back next chance we get.
