We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

The location of the flat is a bit off the city centre, so it’s very peaceful and quiet throughout the whole day. The bus station is literally in front the building, so it’s very easy to commute. The flat was overall tidy and clean, although there was a bit of dirty spot on one of the sofa’s cover. Other than that the rest of flat was very clean.

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean house in a great location for traveling between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Lots of attractions locally, lovely walks and things to do. Easy to park your car on the road outside or there’s a free car park opposite and safe.

First class accommodation. Cottage was spacious and spotless! Host met us at the property, showed us round and passed on lots of local recommendations. We took advantage of the Romanian wine recommendation- it was lovely!! Will definitely be back!!

The apartment was located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of nice place nearby. It was very easy to find and enter. It was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean even though a bit small. Overall we had a very nice stay and enjoyed Edinburgh!

What an amazing place this is, we loved our stay here! Mark and James were great hosts. It was lovely to met James also, he checked if we needed anything else. One thing which really stood out is we literally had everything we needed here, they have thought of everything and anything you may require, down to the smallest things and the complimentary snacks and refreshments being such a lovely touch too. We genuinely couldn’t recommend this place anymore, we spent the evening enjoying the hot tub ,bbq and games which was lovely with the hot weather we had. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area, the area is ideal with supermarkets super close. We cannot Thank you both enough

We had a wonderful stay at Claire’s charming apartment! It was cozy, well-located, and made exploring the city on foot a breeze. Claire was an amazing host—quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!
