Perfect space for a short stay. It is small but mighty! The space included everything we needed for our time in Venice. The location was great and Andrea and his team were amazing at answering our questions and setting us up with a water taxi for our journey home! Highly recommend. ❤️

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

We had such a lovely stay at apartment Emily & Kos! The location is fantastic — a nice, easy walking distance to the city center, with a grocery shop conveniently nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is brand new, beautifully done, and equipped with everything you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable — we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome breakfast package waiting for us when we arrived in the evening. Such a kind touch after a long journey! One of our favorite features was the cozy balcony — the perfect spot to catch some afternoon rays of sun. Our host was truly amazing: so welcoming, communicative, and helpful. Even before our arrival, she sent us a fantastic list of sights and local recommendations, which made planning our trip easy. I wholeheartedly recommend apartment Emily & Kos to anyone wanting to easily explore the wonderful Bologna while enjoying a great home away from home. Thank you— we’d love to come back one day!

Wir waren als Familie 4 Tage im Apartment. Wenn man reinkommt, fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause..alles praktisch und gemütlich, schön eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, ruhige Gegend, ein paar nette Lokale und Bäckerei um die Ecke. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, man ist ganz schnell auf dem Markusplatz. Vaporetto Station direkt in der Nähe. Danke an Adreina, dass sie uns abgeholt hat. Toller Service. Am letzten Tag konnten wir unsere Koffer im Apartment stehen lassen, da unser Flug erst spät ging. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses nehmen. klare Empfehlung und volle Punktzahl. Ohne Einschränkung.

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione. Host gentile e disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda , appartamento molto confortevole, poiché dotato di vari elettrodomestici (non tutti sono dotati di frullatore elettrico e ad immersione!). Ho apprezzato anche la posizione poiché permette di parcheggiare comodamente la macchina e ci sono una gastronomia/pasticceria e una friggitoria a pochi metri da casa.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Sono stata benissimo, da lì sono partita per visitare il Delta del Po e varie altre destinazioni. La casa è ordinata, comodissima, piacevole, nuova. Consigliatissima.

We just spent 3 weeks visiting various parts of Italy. The last 5 days were spent here. This cottage was our favorite stay of the entire trip. Gorgeous setting. Up on a mountainside with beautiful views. The gardens were on several terraces. Lots of fun to explore and peaceful to just chill. Although it’s wonderfully isolated, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Prato and a 25 minute train ride from Prato to Florence. Our host, Filippo, was gracious and very communicative.

Spacious place and fully equipped for everything we need. The host entertain every question promptly. Would recommend this place to stay

We really enjoyed Viktoria's apartment! We felt right at home in the clean and well-stocked apartment. While a little outside downtown Padua, it's in a quiet and peaceful building and right next to a bus stop and so is very accessible. Would recommend!

We loved Mattia’s apartment! It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed (plus a few things left for us in the fridge which was great). The layout of the apartment was great. My teen daughters had their own area and I had mine. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and Piazza Maggiore. It was a quiet and safe area. We were sad to have to leave!

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Paolo was incredibly genuine and thoughtful. Not only did he meet us at the pier to ensure we wouldn’t get lost, but he also checked in when we arrived at the airport to make sure we knew how to buy ferry tickets and other essentials. He provided fantastic local tips, from restaurant recommendations to nearby island attractions, and even guided us on where to shop for groceries so we could cook at home. The accommodation was about an 8-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square—close enough to enjoy the sights but far enough to offer a peaceful, local atmosphere. Initially, we were unsure about the lack of a traditional living room, but the large dining table became a cozy gathering spot for our family, fostering even more quality time. The space was also very generous, allowing our family of four to unpack comfortably and truly settle in. This stay felt like a perfect home base for exploring Venice.

L’appartamento è nuovo e arredato bene con mobili di qualità medio alta. Il bagno è ampio anche se avrebbe meritato una finestra. Non si sentono i rumori che provengono dall’esterno e il condizionamento funziona a dovere. Host disponibile e gentile così come le persone in loco. Sicuramente un’esperienza che si potrà ripetere in futuro.
