Yasuko and David are wonderful hosts. The space is perfectly laid out with everything you could need for your stay. the hot tub is an amazing plus. You are close enough to town with all the privacy and views you would want.

This is a beautiful, tranquil location and lovely home. DM is a very attentive host, almost like a mom :) There were a lot of thoughtfully tailored touches that welcomed us and made us feel at home, including some really lovely breakfasts. It made for a very nice, cozy getaway with a lot of nice perks - massage table, firepit, and a super comfortable hot tub. if you're looking to be charmed by East Sooke, this is a fantastic place for it!

Gerry was as excellent of a host as they come! He met us upon arrival to help us find the house. He was very flexible even though we were running later than we thought due to the ferry. The house is amazing - so clean, updated and comfortable. And it has all the comforts of home that you would need. He goes above and beyond, and we will definitely stay there again!

we spent the weekend for my sisters birthday with a group of girls, comfortable setting, getting up early and watching the ocean and exploring the trails near by was wonderful. We will totally be back, even better than pictured!

Gail's House is a beloved family getaway filled with quirky and interesting marine and nautical pictures and gadgets so lovingly collected. It's very comfortable and right on the dock and the views are amazing. Lucky for us, we were there in prawn season and our hosts gave us the best prawns we have ever had, fresh from the water. I want to return.

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Sean’s place. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood located near down town Sooke. All the amenities were there and the house was beautiful. We will definitely recommend his place to stay!

Beautiful, well built, well decorated, comfortable guest house. Very private with a great view. Jim always responded promptly to my questions and had great suggestions for food, grocery stores and hikes. The kitchen was well appointed with quality items. Furniture was comfortable. Bedding was cozy and warm. Information and directions were clear. I highly recommend this rental and hope to visit again soon.
