I had the most wonderful stay in Columbia. The unit itself was wonderful . I lived walking around the neighborhood. This is a very charming area of the city.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was quiet and peaceful with an amazing sunset view. Check-in was super easy, and our host went above and beyond by arranging a kayak and safety jackets for us. Highly recommend!

Justin and Megan's place was so clean and welcoming. Don't let the small size of the place fool you. It has practically anything you would need. We only stayed one night en route to another destination, but it could not have been more perfect. We felt extremely safe in this location, and it was nice to know the owners were next door should we need them.

This place was perfect! The view was beautiful, the place was clean and fresh. Andrea was a ray of sunshine and Carl was as sweet as could be. I didn’t expect so many toys for my five and a half year old to play with and Andrea also brought us a bubble wand that made the biggest bubbles ever, which my daughter loved! There was lots of yard to play in and lots of relaxing on the dock. Hopefully next time the water will be warm and we can experience the kayaks and maybe a boat ride 🤞 I would definitely recommend this cozy little spot and am planning to book again in the future! Can’t wait! 🥰

Plenty of clear instructions and labels all around the little apartment, this hostess has thought of everything!! A well stocked coffee pot was the amenity I appreciated most. 🙂. I had felt a queasy that day, so finding Sprite and Fresca in the fridge was such a nice surprise, as was a stocked snack basket. Practical little amenities all over the place! I needed a Band-Aid, and there were Band-Aids in the bathroom, for example, as well as bedside outlets for charging the phone overnight. Ellen responded so quickly and cheerfully to anything I needed. I really appreciated her as a hostess.

The place was very clean and private. Would definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking to book in the area. Thanks again for the stay!

Was one of the greatest stays by far.

This place was perfect. My husband and I just moved to the area and needed a home base while we found a house, and this was perfect for a long stay. Bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable and exceeded expectations. Kitchen is limited so we didn’t cook as much as we’d hoped to be able to, but had everything needed for a short stay. Laundry area was very clean and well kept. Zachary was very hospitable and great communicator, and even went above and beyond to facilitate me setting up my wfh setup. Overall great stay.

This place was immaculate, beautiful, and spacious. It was just a short stay, so I didn’t take full advantage of the space, but I would be very happy to return here.

Brent’s place was amazing! The water view was so beautiful. Mr Brent communicated very well and gave us clear directions on how to navigate around the place. We stayed for one night to attend a concert in Columbia. The location wasn’t far and there’s also food places and grocery stores not far from Brent’s place! The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors were nice. I’ve enjoyed my stay. Definitely will be looking forward to stay again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay at Awesome Sunsets studio. The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous. The studio was extremely clean, cozy and inviting. The bed linens were fresh and super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials that we needed during our stay including extra bath towels. This was a perfect relaxing getaway. David and Juleigh were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. David provided the needed information before our visit and responded immediately to my request during our stay. Great Communication from the host! Looking forward to our next stay at Awesome Sunsets studio.

Very clean and relaxing

Great place to stay. Felt like I never left home, the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. I stayed for graduation on Fort Jackson and this location was very near the base. Also a lot of things were close by within minutes. Walmart restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend this place will have to stop by if I’m in the area again.

Super easy and zero issues. The place was super clean. No clutter at all. Bathroom/shower really nice at this price point. Would def stay here again. Very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay here for a long weekend! The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed anything! They were quick to respond and super friendly. The space was clean and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here or at one of Josh and Brittany’s other properties next time we come to town!

It’s been an Absolute Blessing to stay at Kathy’s property. It’s a beautiful quiet palace. It’s really the best place I have ever found in the last 10 years of traveling. Above all I can’t say enough good things about Kathy and her family. Glory to GOD in All Things 📿🤲🏻☦️
