The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our company retreat on very short notice after our original booking was canceled due to storm damage. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was beautiful—spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for relaxation. The sleeping arrangements worked out seamlessly, with plenty of extra sheets, towels, and blankets available. We especially loved the amenities, from the dock (perfect for a boat) to the firepit for evening chats, and the basement filled with games like a pool table. It truly felt like a home away from home! The hosts kept the lines of communication open throughout our stay, even checking in after arrival to ensure we were settled. Their hospitality and willingness to help at a moment’s notice made all the difference. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our retreat so memorable!

Took my wife,daughter, dogs and in laws to visit family over Thanksgiving break, what a great stay! Loved the location on the water, amazing view, comfortable home, great game room upstairs and easy parking. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with enough to cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner. We made some great family memories here, thank you! I could write a short book about all the great things this property has but I'll finish here, well worth the money and the hosts were great too. Stay here for a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home on Lake Murray. The location is absolutely spectacular, right on the water with breathtaking sunsets every evening. It was also extremely quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to unwind. The house is full of charm and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It felt very homey, with good energy throughout. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch. We spent most evenings out there soaking in the views and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, laid-back spot to recharge by the lake.

Bob place was a wonderful place to stay for a family of 6 people I would recommend to stay there again we will be back soon

Jennifer’s home was absolutely beautiful. Laundry rooms on all three levels! Two full kitchens. Two living rooms. She thought of everything - we found whatever we needed right at our fingertips. After a few initial messages back when we rented her home, I felt like Jennifer was an old friend. Highly recommend!!

As a carpenter, the most impressive thing I noticed is that the stairs didn't creak while walking them. In my opinion, that's a small detail of a well built house that often goes unnoticed. That level of detail was present in every other aspect of my stay as well.

This house was beautifully designed and located in a well established community. The setup accommodated our family including our furry friend very well. It was close to the base many other places. Thanks for having us! We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for my family. Much needed peace and relaxation. I just recommend bigger tvs in living rooms and tvs in bedrooms for kids.

Beautiful home with very close proximity to any type of entertainment, fun or dining experience. Soda Market 5 minutes away with excellent parking garages downtown. Very comfortable and relaxing home with many options for fun.

Hands down if not number one in the top three places I say that. My wife couldn’t stop bragging about it. The house was great place to stay. My wife loves it. Inside of the house is awesome. As close to my bother's place every time we come down there I wanna rent this place. We did have some internet issue, but they were corrected the next day.

Lakehouse/cabin was super roomy for our large family! Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of bathrooms for a big group. Lake was peaceful and we caught lots of fish... Catfish and Sunfish. Tons of outside space with huge carport under the house for hanging out and playing. Delicious Snowball and Ice Cream place nearby... Fat Cat Cafe! A kitchen plumbing issue but Sierra was very responsive in making note of it! overall, we had a great time and can't wait to stay again!!!

Visiting my son during his first parents weekend at college. I was able to feel right at home at Carla‘s house with my 18-year-old playing board games swimming in the pool shooting hoops. It was such a comfortable stay and she was so kind and generous, I would definitely stay there again.

We loved this house - it was perfect for our family trip. The pool, backyard and kitchen are great!

We had a great week stepping away from busy lives to unwind and make great memories with Daughter, SIL and Granddaughters. The house was well appointed, updated and included everything we needed for fun, comfort and convenience. We enjoyed days spent on the lake using all the toys the owner shares, swimming in the pool, and gathering in various areas of the outdoor space offering sun and shade. Brittany is a wonderful and responsive host and we feel so fortunate for the opportunity to stay in this home. Looking forward to revisiting this touch of paradise!

When I say beautiful and comfortable I mean just that. Home away from home and I mean that. I travel for work so feeling at home is big to me. Stephanie was great and I would love to stay at her homes in every state if I could. Thanks for the stay and for being a great host.

The host, Dave, always responded promptly and answered all questions we had. They were helpful by leaving out a booster seat for my niece & a few toys. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone traveling to chapin!

We enjoyed the stay in Tiffany’s space, we did have a few concerns & she addressed them in a reasonable timeline. If there was anything that could have been done differently is to have a cover on the pool.The weather turned out beautiful, so we would have liked to take a dip in the pool.Lastly the upstairs ho all of the heat & the bottom level was cooler, so maybe a space heater for the bottom level if people choose to be warmer in the cooler months. I would rebook this home when I come back to this area for sure. Felt like home.
